You have got to hand it to Ace hardware. They are a true old fashion hardware store. I like how when you enter Ace you are greeted by the staff. Most of their locations are small. This is the best alternative to going to the big box stores like The Home Depot or Lowes when you only need a few items and don’t want to walk all over the huge store. You get a more one on one feeling and the help is better compared to other places. If you are in need of that small item for your simple project, I would recommend going to Ace.

finally a place right by me that has metric fasteners. now only if they can get the larger metric sizes like m12.

They immediately greet you upon entering and seek to help you out. Staff was really friendly and helpful. I walked in and someone went with me to get everybody on my checklist; we got everything incredibly quickly. I never even asked him to show where each item was! Most places would just give you the aisle number. Great service.

The people who work here are so kind and helpful. I’ve been there three times since they opened and was always satisfied and left a happy customer. I now look for reasons to go back. The employees are so friendly.
