H&R Block

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED !!! If you want your taxes done correctly do not do them at H&R Block. Representative at H&R Block made a mistake on my 2013 tax return. Openly admitted to making the mistake and I still took the hit financially because of it. May I add, it was a very simple mistake on a very basic 1040 tax form. So if you have a more complicated tax return, keep your fingers crossed they won’t fuck it up! Took me forever to hunt down the representative (also the manager of that specific H&R Block) that did my 2013 and 2014 tax return because so many of the offices were closed.
Pleaded to the Corporate Office of H&R Block, to see that the mistake was not my fault and was instead the fault of the representative of H&R Block. Seeing as I am a college student and did not have the money to spare to pay back the money that was owed due to this mistake, I was hoping they would have some compassion and understanding. Instead they completely disregarded my case and basically said «sorry we made the mistake but there is nothing we can do»
I WILL NEVER AGAIN GET MY TAXES DONE AT H&R BLOCK AND IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR TAXES TO BE DONE CORRECTLY, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!
