Horrible service, once you arrive in office, Amber is rude, demanding bully like personality behaviors. they lure you in by dinner event, make u pay in advance for evaluation, high pressure tactics to get u to give them personal info. Not needed bcuz insurance doesn’t cover. Amber tried to keep my payment, I got it back with much hassling, very poor treatment for new clients.Dr. O has no control of his office staff & lets Amber raise her voice towards new clients… poor reception, STAY CLEAR OF THIS GROUP… just WANT UR MONEY… no guarantees that treatment will work. poor sweet lady in lobby said she’s getting treatment over 1year, not sure its helping… very expensive.&they wont nill insurance, tell clients insurance doesnt cover… WORST EXPERIENCE IN OFFICE, gotta get past the Pit Bull Amber barking… not for me. unprofessional office staff. need to fire Amber

Optimal health is such a great place ! I came in with my mom for her exam and consultation and I was greeted by Ana & Ann at the front desk. They were really helpful especially when it came to explaining the arbitration and HIPAA paperwork since my mother is a little skeptical when it comes to signing any form but they made sure to answer any question she had. The office was very upbeat and every patient looked like they were happy to be there. I am glad that I could find this place for my mom.

It really is true when they staff is the most important part in a doctors office. Been to many doctor’s offices and I would have to say this one is truly unique. Starting with the front office, Ana is amazing and very helpful. She goes above and beyond to make sure all the patients are comfortable and feel at home. This office overall has a very warm feeling. The doctors are amazing and spend time with patients. The office manager, Liliya has been truly helpful and provides genuine customer service! Great team and a great office!
