My mom had a 9am appt here and we arrived 10 minutes early so we could fill out paperwork but we were still kept waiting for 15 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. All she needed to get done were her x-​rays… The major language spoken here is Korean but the receptionists know English as well (whew!). It’s MLK Day today but they were still open.
I think the worst part of my experience here was when another client walked in, checked in, and then stood by the counter and started pointing to and talking about another patient’s file that was left on the counter… They keep patient files on the counter for the public eye to view…
The workers are nice but they don’t communicate very well with you. I suppose it’s because we’re not a regular here?
