As an avid dunkins customer I can safely say this is the best dunkins around. Customer service is excellent they not only get your order correct but they remember you by name! Any time your coffee or order is somehow incorrect they make it a point to help fix the situation in any way they can!

I came in for breakfast like every other feening American. The lady messed up the guys order total in front of me and then blamed him. I didnt think anything of it, im OCD anyways so i told her exactly what i wanted. She got the order wrong and blamed me saying i didnt specify what i wanted and that it was my fault. I proceeded to then tell her along with the person behind me that i did specify. She was just an old lady who clearly needs to retire and is taking her misery out on the friendly customers this place has left. Proceed with caution.

I live in SoCal, but I’ve been going to this particular Dunkin Donuts in Gardner, MA, since I was but a wee one.(My mother [and aunt, and uncle] grew up in Gardner, and my grandmother still lived in town until her recent passing.) Anyhoo, I know what you’re thinking — what can one say about a Dunkin store that hasn’t already been said? But as someone without access to DD on a regular basis — at least until 2015, when they finally come back to California — I can safely say that their donuts are yummy, their iced coffees and Coolattas delightful(as well as a needed jolt of caffeine in a somewhat sleepy [I use that term with fondness] town), and the service just fine, thank you. If you’re on your way to see the Big Chair or to shop in their currently-being-revitalized downtown, stop by and get a coffee and some Munchkins.
