Always an excellent experience when I decide on Papa Murphy’s. This store and it’s product are Top Shelf! I love talking with the staff while they prepare my delicious dinner.

The «take and bake» concept of Papa Murphy’s is pretty unique, and the outcome is a really decent pizza that is hot and fresh when you want it to be. I like getting the chicken garlic pizza. The creamy garlic sauce isn’t too overpowering, but adds a nice kick to the pizza. The s’mores desert is really good and addicting. This particular location is always super clean, and I’ve never had an issue with the staff. They’ve always been efficient and friendly.

No longer my preferred pizza choice in Gardner. The last few months have seen this location go downhill. Changes to the menu and staff that was rather indifferent blaming their management for changes.
With so many other options in town, you need to set yourself apart and Papa Murphy’s is no longer cutting it for me.

Went to this location for the first time today. The guy that helped me was not friendly. He did greet me when I came in, but when I mentioned I forgot my coupon and asked if I had to have it with me (other locations do not require you to have it) he said I had to have it. Okay no big deal then I ordered my pizza without onion, while waiting I realized thw menu board said it has tomato so I walked up to the counter where is was making it to clarify I didnt want onion OR tomatoes. He cut me off and said «I know you already told me» I was just trying to make sure, I was not being rude whatsoever so he could have been more polite. That definitely rubbed me the wrong way and I want go back.
