Customers BEWARE!!! This company claimed that they provided the service of applying lettering to football jerseys. To say that the service was inadequate is an understatement!!! The lettering started peeling off even before washing on some of them. When questioned about what the problem was they found out from their vinyl vendor that they used the incorrect vinyl product to the jerseys and they should have used one specifically for jerseys. So they agreed to redo them but refused to refund me any of the money we paid because they had to order extra material. Last time I checked that wasn’t my fault nor should it be my problem. It’s called the cost of doing business. I had to regathering 20 jerseys and bring them back to start all over and that was THEIR FAULT!!! So I won’t be recommending them for anything as their practices are not to do what it takes to make the customer happy and make their mistakes right when they inconvenience their customers. I wouldn’t have even given them one star but I had to click it to post this.
