American Air Systems

The temperature was 94 outside, and it was Saturday afternoon. My air was barely blowing inside, and the temperature was rising, and to top it off we had family visiting. I had already tried calling 2 other well rated repair services but only got their answering machine. I left messages but no one called back. I then called American Air on their 972−495−8888 number and Rick answered.
He asked a few questions about what was happening, and was quickly able to diagnose that my blower unit had just froze up. He told me exactly how to fix it over the phone (no charge), and told me to call back if any more issues. My air was back to normal within 2 hours. Thanks Rick!!! I will definitely be calling Rick in the future for my air conditioning service needs.
