Taste(B+), Food Presentation(B), Creativity(B), Portion/Value(B), Service(B+), Atmosphere(C+) Bun rieu oc is my favorite dish here. It is a shrimp ball soup with tomato and escargot. I was disappointed that the vegetables they served me on my third try was not fresh. It is a bad sign but the soup was good, especially on this cold March day. They have room nearby that has people smoking that can irritable and is not really segregated from the rest of us. Food is good but they need to keep their quality consisten.

Tastes good and fresh. not greasy or old. Only bad thing is the waiter didn’t know what the numbers on the menu were, usually the number is useful for people who don’t speak whatever language it is at the restaurant. But there is a good explaination on the menu of what all the dishes are. It’s clean and it’s really cheap and fast!

Duy Tan is no longer Duy Tan. They have changed ownership, menus, and even the name to ANGIANG.(I thought it meant«cheat,» in Vietnamese but my dad explained to me it was something else.) Anyway, I really love the food here. My parents used to always order fresh soups and rice vermicelli dishes, goi cuon, and other typical Vietnamese cuisine here all the time when it was Duy Tan. However, it was rumored the chef did not work there anymore and it showed through their dishes. The new name and atmosphere drew my family back to the restaurant. Our party of seven were all served within 15 minutes. All our big soup bowls came out at the same time. If you go here, order anything that has their name in it.(ie — Hu tieu mi An Giang, Bun An Giang, etc.) Those are their specialties and you can’t go wrong with that. Their meats, soups, noodles, and even desserts are delicious. Authentic Vietnamese taste. :) My mother didn’t complain, that’s a good thing. She’s a cook herself.
