Braum’s

If I could give this place zeros stars I would. Fuck this place. They mess my order up EVERY time I come here, not only that their customer service is complete shit. Absolute shit!!! They messed my order up and ask me to pull around and they would bring it out to me. & they did. They fixed my order, brought it out to me and while the dumb bitch brought it out to me she swung it all around, up and down in the air as she walked to my vehicle. I’m sorry but when you’re bringing a paying customer their fucking food YOU DONT JUST SWING IT UP AND DOWN IN THE AIR ALL OVER THE PLACE, SO SO SO IGNORANT

I ordered a #3 Bacon Cheeseburger. I get back to my job, start eating my burger and after a few bites the taste is just NOT right.
My burger was not just undercooked, it was RAW.
I called Braum’s, and I explained the situation. In which I’m told that if I want a refund I need to come up there now and bring my receipt and the burger as proof. I can’t do that due to my work schedule. There was no apology either.

I do not typically goto Braums except for ice cream,
Came by this location since it was nearby and they were advertising there new green chili burgers.
I ordered a crispy chicken green chili burger…
Got a beef green chili burger, not much of a issue they fixed it.
As far as the customer service went it was okay but not the best.
This is a older Braums location so I don’t expect it to be nice and new inside.
But there comes a time when stains, and dirty dusty window blinds and tables are a issue.
The wooden counter that goes along the Windows is covered in dust and dirty stains and the window blinds are dusty, Because I’m sure I don’t want to be eating a burger or a banana split and with the fans blowing it’s pushing clumps of dust along the counter which will eventually fall off into my food…
The Seats and wall paneling are torn up and stained.

Amazing cheese burgers! Very fresh and the only cheese burger my son will eat!!! Will definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I think I’m addicted to the grilled chicken sandwich. I crave it every day for lunch. Location is so close to my work so it is very easy to go there. Not usually very busy on weekday lunches but plenty of help on hand. They have the sandwich fresh made and ready in 2 – 3 minutes everyday. I love the fries and the shakes too. Holiday eggnog and gingerbread were great as shakes. All time favorite is cappuccino chunky chocolate. Have enjoyed the burgers also.
This location is nice and clean. Think it is a newer location. I enjoy the grocery store side of Braums too. The milk is so good. They have their own dairy.

Very friendly staff and they made every item I ordered to perfection, from a tasty thick strawberry shake (Braums makes the best shakes hands down) to my freshly cooked (per my request) steak sandwich w/​cheese (emphasis on friendly staff because sometimes you can find a Braums that can miss the mark on being cordial). After every one of my quirky suggestions, the cashier simply smiled and executed, without making me feel as if my requests were an imposition.

Typical Braum’s, I suppose. Braum’s has wonderful ice cream, in my opinion, but their food is not as good. The fries were nice and crispy, but the highlight of any meal at Braum’s is dessert, whether it’s ice cream, a shake, or a malt or something. I had a chocolate malt, and it was fantastic. Stick with the ice cream related things at Braum’s and you won’t be disappointed.
As far as service goes, the guy working at the drive-​thru was very polite, and repeated the order back, which I always appreciate.

I’ll start by repeating what the cashier asked me after I handed backa cone that was the wrong flavor of ice cream…
«Did you lick it?»
To which I replied, «No, but my hand was on that cone. Just throw it away. Would YOU want food someone else touched?»
That should sum it up. Sent that in to corporate… we’ll see if the lovely cashier who thought someone else would want my un-​licked ice cream and had the half dollar size hickey is still employed in a few days.
GROSS in more ways than one!

When it comes to ice cream, there are a couple of places you may have in mind, I had Braum’s on my mind.
After a healthy, low-​fat lunch (at home), I decided to have an ice cream to ruin all I had worked so hard against just hours earlier (I love being bad sometimes).
The choices are great and my true desire was to have a octo cone (8 scoops), but, because I’m trying to watch my budget, I settled for a waffle cone with one gigatic scoop of Butter Pecan… Mmmmm!
This creamy, rich, fully fattening ice cream didn’t have a chance to melt when momma got a hold of it!!! (laughing hysterically)
Get on over to Braum’s! They also have a mini grocery and produce shop inside…
