Ordered two orders of cashew and kung pao chicken as take out. Disgusting. Really old tasting chicken and the egg rolls that came on the side tasted old and fermented. Never going back.

On Friday Oct 23 we drove to pick up dinner. After waiting for our food it was brought out and we left. It was my mistake for not checking the order but they staple a large paper bag closed and it was just a hassle and I assumed it was right. We drive home and see that it was a completely different order. As soon as my guy calls, they knew the problem. It appears the other person waiting received my order instead of theirs. When we asked if they could deliver us the correct food, they refused. Even though it was their mistake, and we are in their delivery area we did not qualify for the«free delivery». Wait, what? My guy drives back up there and we get our order, once again it’s wrong but he settled to just eat it. Halfway through the meal he comes across a SCREW! When we called the store the lady we spoke to said she would have the manager call us at closing since he’s at another location. The manager never called. This is ridiculous. I will never eat at any Chans location again.

I don’t know why this has such a low rating. I order the combination fried rice and combination Lo mein no onions, beat sprout, cabbage, or celery. My order is always right and the staff is nice. My only complaint is that they charge for condiments(Chili Hot Sauce and Sweet & Sour) I feel that it should be one small cup of each per plate. Other than that the place is great.

The service here is absolutely terrible. Every time I come in here, the staff is usually sitting down not doing anything. The people that work here are so rude and short with you. Not friendly at all. They are on their phones in the back just messing around. Secondly, the food is terrible. I ordered here 3 days ago and got the combo fried rice. The beef smelled like a wet dog that was playing outside. I couldn’t even eat it and had to throw it away. The pork has a lot of pink dye in it and started to stain my rice. I would not go back here. Chinese food is my favorite kind of food and this is the worst Chinese place I’ve ever been to in my life.

I can say this is the best Chinese fast food you’ll find in dallas. Although the cashier staff is a little bad since I stopped working here(not patting myself on the back on anything) the food is exceptional. My go to order is the combo lo mein with 1 $ egg added; spicy. Best you’ll ever find. The combo fried rice is delicious as well too and I added garlic to that(personal preference). Usually don’t add beef on both cause I don’t like the beef they use but everything else is good.

Horrifying food, chicken low mein had more oil than a deep fryer! Arrive was horrible, walking in cashier was on her phone sitting in a booth, ordering looked like it was a difficult task for the cashier to ring up. Honestly took one bite and threw it in the trash. Never go there not even to try the place.

Decided to stop in here just because they had a drive-through and I didn’t want to get out of the car or wait for delivery. I ordered beef lo mein, egg rolls, and beef and broccoli. It took about 10 minutes and food was hot and fresh when I got it home(about 3 blocks away). But it was absolutely tasteless— the noodles were alright but had no flavor, and the beef and broccoli had very little sauce on them. The broccoli was hard, undercooked, and dry. The meat was chewy and tough. Egg rolls had no seasoning and tasted like rolled-up paper or something, we definitely needed to soak them in some kind of sauce to make them edible. It was only $ 28 for a huge bag of food but unfortunately we don’t want to eat any of the leftovers. We were really hopeful since it’s close to the house and convenient, but we won’t be going back ever.

I’ve ordered food from this place for around 10 years and for the last 3 years, at the very least, each time I call the girl(typically a female but not always) that answers the phone is rude, short with me, and to keep this review within the guidelines, is a complete and total«unlikable person». They act as if I am putting them out in by ordering food from their restaurant! I’ve had enough from Chan’s treating me as an unvalued long term patron. You have had plenty of time to change the attitude of your employees and have miserably and repeatedly failed. I’m sorry but I’m always polite, I tip well and have never complained until now. You’ve been established for some time now, but I do not see how you can continue to maintain a clientele base in by treating your clientele like crap. Good Luck Chan’s and Good Riddance!

YUCK!!! What a disappointment. This is usually my go to place for Chinese food. It has been a while since I have eaten here and normally never had an issue with their food, until now. I just want to know if the real cook was off the day I ordered my food, cause it was horrible. I ordered shrimp fried rice that tasted burnt. I ordered moo goo gai pan that had absolutely no taste to it. I guess they forgot to season it. And finally I ordered sweet and sour chicken that was tough, old and stringy. I guess it would have been too much of a hassle for them to cook it up FRESH for me and not give me the chicken that had been sitting under a heat lamp for 2 hours. I ended up eating a little of the shrimp fried rice and throwing out the rest. The dog got the sweet and sour chiicken so he was happy. The moo goo gai pain also went in the trash.
