I came in here on a Thursday afternoon just to kill some time while my car was being worked on a few blocks away. Just had some chips, skillet queso and salsa with a sweet tea. The waitress was very nice and didn’t try to pressure me at all to order more food or rush me out the door. I told them why I was there and they were very understanding. Even asked me about the place I was getting work done at since it was a local shop. I rarely spend much time in this part of town but if I’m back in the area I’ll certainly stop in for a bite.

If you love the taste of cigarettes with your food, then this is the place for you. We were sat in the nonsmoking section close to the bar, but behind a barrier; the cigarette smell was so overwhelming it started to give me a headache and we had to ask to be moved. My clothes and hair even smelled when we left. Disgusting!

What a great place to pre-game before an event, grab lunch on break, do happy hour with the girls or have dinner with family and friends. The food is what you see on the menu no surprises. Order exactly what you want they will make it to your liking. I tell them to burn my burger and same with ribs. I ask for extra cheese hear and add shrimp to just about everything. The servers are attentive and not to spread thin but I normally sit at the bar. It’s a chain so you can depend on familiarity of you travel a lot like myself. Sometimes you just don’t want to play the guessing game you know? They have lite/healthier sections for those who tend to the waist line. Overall most everyone will find something they like on this menu!

I have learned one thing when going to Chili’s:
order the old timer burger medium rare and hot fresh fries
As long as I do that, I have a 4 start meal here. Whenever I stray from that strategy, I have 2 and 3 start food experiences.
Environmental issue: I went here on a cool rainy day, and it was COLD inside, sitting in a booth by the window. I am the kind of person who never gets cold, and I was shivering. The restrooms were 30 degrees warmer than the restaurant. I suspect that sitting in the same seat in August, I would be sweating, likely because of poor climate control engineering or a cheap manager, stepping over dollars (customers) to pick up dimes (energy savings).
Chili’s is Chili’s. If you’re like me, then order as instructed, or take a chance on the quality of your edibles.

Chili’s my dear old friend you are losing a loyal customer. It took over 30 minutes to get a to-go order and when I got it home it was wrong (second time) and they jipped me a chicken crisper.

Good place for taking brunch. Not that pricey when it comes to their food. Service was also very recommendable. I love how they treat their customers here.

My family have lived a block from this location my entire life. This is the place we always go to when I come into town. Sit at the bar because the bartenders have always been friendly and will remember your name. Robert is the best! I don’t really care for the food or the smoke. But the friendly staff and cold drinks make up for it.

came here today for a fast lunch. First off, we waited for a while to be seated. The restaurant wasnt even full! there were empty tables all over another section but we were told that there either no servers or they are overworked, something like that… made no sense. THEN HIRE more.
It took A LONG TIME … honestly… i ordered soup and salad with the chips and my coworker salad and soup first.
well… his soup came out (at this time were were at the location for over 20 min)
so, his soup came, nothing. i asked for the chips and salsa (how long does it take?!) it took another 5 min. Still, my soup was not out.
so my coworker had his soup, it took additional time to get chips and salsa and another 8 min to get his salad. finally with his salad my soup came too! LOL
wth, the whole time she did not check on us once, if we needed a refill etc. nothing.
Sorry, just bad bad service.

First and last visit here. They allow smoking. The quality of food does not matter when you are struggling to get a breath of air. I would rather drive the extra miles to go to the Plano location that is smoke free.

Its a chain, I know. I wasn’t expecting much, and was still let down. Sat in the bar, since I couldn’t identify a hostess. Bartender standing around talking to a couple of regulars or family. My table was dirty, so I sat next to it thinking someone would walk over and clean it, fat chance. Servers walk by you with their heads down so they won’t make eye contact and be asked for help. Not busy at all, prob about 30% cap., but chili’s is known for TERRIBLE service. After sitting at bar table for almost 10 min with no one even acknowledging me, manager just standing around near kitchen door, I walked out. Lol, 3 servers finally acknowledged me to say «thanks for stopping by». Joke of a restaurant, even by chain standards.

Our waiter was interesting. He told us he was deaf, clumsy and never waited before. I think he was trying to prep is for a bad experience :-)
Meals were topical and good. Nothin outstanding but exactly what I expect from a box chain like this.
