I faded this hoe on a Friday morning with my little sister and had a great experience, to say the least. The prices are reasonable and the food is just as good as most other Chinese places around town. Plus, they had sushi which is always a plus. Also, they had those drinks with the balls, but we didn’t try them because we were already full. But yea, I recommend checking this place out. P. S. There’s enough space in there for a football team.

Here right now only ordered 1 order of Sping Rolls and 1 order of chicken egg rolls. The Spring Rolls are fabulously hot and crisy they cook them when ordered BUT the chicken egg rolls whole different story they are cold so disappointing! You know they are cold why serve that crap to people like they came in asking for free food! I paid for my stuff and can’t get my stuff hot, ridiculous! I’m in a real jacked up mood right now from some of other stuff today and I just finished Dialysis on top of it which afterwards your insanely hungry and it’s hard to have a pleasant conversation with anybody untill you eat! AND if i go up to that counter to complain right now they might have to call in police enforcement because i cant be nice right now for one thing its not the first time it happened i order them hoping each time they will be hot this time SMH! Im tired of the obvious, if you know it’s cold dont serve it to paying costumers, eat that crap yourself! Had i been in a better mood today, I would have given that back and politely asked for some hot ones but sense i couldnt act like an adult i didnt! Come on y’all giving out cold food shows you dont care heck we paying for the food! OH but dont worry, i will just go to the other chinese place across the street from now on!

Chicken lo mein came with almost only noodles and chicken… no veggies at all. Not that bad… but most certainly would not recommend to a friend who is looking for a good stop for lo mein. Although they were super generous on the noodles for the price paid.

Their food looked really tasty and seemed to have good reviews, so I ordered a sushi roll and the sesame chicken. I went straight home after I went through the drive through. Unfortunately, I got sick as a dog after I ate it. I’m not sure which one had gone bad but I’m pretty sure I had gotten food poisoning. It was awful. They probably weren’t being clean or maybe the food had been sitting out for a long time. I won’t eat there again, although I think the idea of drive through Chinese is pretty cool. I’ll just stick to my favorite sit down restaurant.

Their wait times are long. But that’s probably because they’re actually prepping their food from scratch. The Szechuan ribs are literally my my favorite Chinese meal anywhere. So tender. Perfectly spiced. Always fresh, with lots of veggies. I always pay the extra $ 1 to get extra veggies and egg etc put in the fried rice(which has no veggies otherwise). For a total of $ 6.50 I get a meal that is better than any other Chinese food around. Maybe 1 in 10 times the ribs are slightly over cooked, making them a little tough… But they’re still delicious. I’m so sad we moved further away so it’s now a 30 minute drive to get my favorite Chinese meal. It’s totally worth it, as there isn’t another Chinese restaurant ½ as good in the Rowlett area. Please open another location close to me!

Not going to go crazy about this place. It is what is. It is a decent place to get a lot of good for a small amount of cash. It’s fast and conveniently close to home.

I really enjoy this place. I usually get the Green Curry(C2) and a Root Beer. The Orange Chicken(C1) is also pretty good; it is surprisingly a little spice sometimes, which is an interesting twist. Their servings are healthy and their prices are very reasonable. My girlfriend also enjoys their Boba Tea. Deferentially worth checking out!

We like this place ! Very clean. The food is nicely priced and… good. I found this spot on Unilocal and if it were not for the reviews, I probably would not have stopped, due to the questionable exterior… This is why I started out sharing that this place is Clean. Lol. We only tried 2 dishes, Orange chicken and General Taos Chicken. I will update you on our next vist. The sushi looks interesting. …if you want Basic Chinese this is the place to try…

1 to 2 years ago My fav roll was chicken sushi. The chicken sushi is pathetic now skimpy. But other sushi rolls are bomb!(Volcano roll) male cooks prepare rolls deliciously. Usually when the lady makes it, i mean its still good. Food plates are packed with food and low priced. So this is my favorite Chinese place. Doesn’t get 5*s because Some chefs aren’t as good as others some days.

Not a bad spot, the General Tso chicken was very good, however, the volcano roll was disgusting. I would not recommend sushi there.

My California rolls were rotten and I told the management so they argued with me and refuse to do anything about it and told me that it was fine it was fine that just made the seafood mix yesterday I told them it didn’t mean it wasn’t bad if it taste fishy and it taste nasty it could have been rotten when they made it. I looked up the number for the health department to report them for this and made sure to save my receipt course I have cramps now I didn’t find the number to call the health department on them yet to have it inspected but I did get their inspection score 70 out of 100 low that’s pretty close to failing I have enclosed a picture of the health department score

I came back for more of their delicious Sautéed Veggies and Spare Ribs with Steamed Rice. They don’t skimp on the portion either. I can eat this for lunch and dinner. In addition, I ordered Spider Rolls and man they are the bomb. So, if you want Big Bang for your bucks, Chopsticks Express is the place for you. Oh, don’t judge a book by its cover, give it a try, and you will come back for other goodies as well.

I found out about this place about 4 years ago. Cant beat the prices at all. The lo mein is amazing. I personally like the Mongolian shrimp. Fried rice is okay. the sushi is cheap and 90% of the time fresh. 3 spring rolls for a dollar. cant beat that price. This is my sons favorite place to eat because he can get up to 3 sushi rolls for under $ 15.

Come here if you want cheap Chinese food with huge potions. I usually get the general tso chicken with lo mein. It comes out to be around $ 6, which is a steal because I can usually eat it for 2 – 3 meals. The food is good for the price but I can only come here like twice a year because it leaves me feeling like crap. Don’t get me wrong though, it tastes great while you’re eating it. They just use too much oil and you can really taste it when eating the lo mein. Three years ago, I ordered the sugar biscuits. Never again. I can still remember how it made me feel after I ate it. It was extremely too greasy.

Excellent quality sushi at an unbeatable price. I drive about 10 miles to come here because of the sushi. I haven’t had any of the Chinese food here. The sushi chef is very nice and easy to talk to. The dining area is not all that great, but worth it because of the sushi. Been here numerous times and never had bad sushi. I would highly recommend.

Disappointed with the sushi, and I have been to many sushi places. Ordered three of the special rolls to try, and all three had excessive amounts of sauce, even the eel roll that was just supposed to have eel sauce. All that sauce made me feel like they were hiding something. At many places, I’ve ordered special rolls that come with some fancy sauce on top, and never have I seen so much sauce on a sushi roll. It should be drizzled, not dumped. Also, the red snapper was too fishy for me. Not sure if it’s supposed to be that way, as I usually order tuna, yellow tail, white fish, or salmon.

Where do I start? Well, this is the best place when you want comfort food for cheap. For 5 dollars you get a styrofoam container full of your choice of Chinese. When I say full, I mean the lid barely closes of how tightly packed to the top it is. You’ve been warned. ;p Now, on to the taste. I usually get the orange chicken with the fried rice. It’s so tastefully rich in flavor that you will want to finish the whole serving! You can rally taste the spices on the chicken, and the fried rice is yummy too. I usually find fried rice to be blend but not at chopsticks! I personally don’t like the drinks selection, but that’s a minor set back… Actually I kinda like Dr. Pepper. Also, I usually don’t like eggrolls, but the ones here are also good! I actually kept one for breakfast one time. Don’t judge me. Although the food is great, my favorite thing about this place is the staff. To me customer service is very important when going to places. At chopsticks, they’re exceptional. They are very nice and honest. I came through the drive through one night, and somehow I left my card behind. The next day, I looked everywhere. After not finding it, something told me to check back at chopsticks. After going back, sure enough they had saved it for me! :) They asked some security questions then gave me my card back. Sorry about ranting, but this place is awesome!

Think mall Chinese food: traffic cone colored orange chicken, sticky sesame chicken, greasy lo mein, two pieces of broccoli stuck in your styrofoam container so it can officially be called«beef with broccoli.» That’s what you’re getting into: bland, comforting«food» in ridiculous portions for five bucks.(I’m shocked at how many Unilocalers mention the sushi because there is NOWAY I would trust it at a place this divey, but you do you.) It’s not bad, as long as you have low expectations. This is hangover food, plain and simple. I used to come after nights of partying with an ex, and thus have plenty of memories of slouching into this converted McDonald’s at 4 pm on a Sunday with four friends in bedhead and sunglasses, rubbing our temples and moaning. Bottom line: none of us knew this restaurant’s name, because we all simply called it Cheap Asian. I think that says it all.
