…best Bun Bo Hue in the area… i tried some vietnamese restaurants around and the Bun Bo Hue is not good as here. With a cheap price but still alot of meat in the bowl for the small one $ 5.99; worth the money… the restaurant is clean and owner is nice too.

The location of the restaurant is kind of hidden and you might be confused on which door to use in order to enter. This place just opened and is so new that they dont have a restaurant menu yet. They had a total of 4 or 5 dishes written on a glow in dark-like board so dont expect a large menu option lol. My first impression of the restaurant when I first walked in was a bit confusing and didnt expect to see a staging area completed with all the instruments. The older gentleman that took our order advised us to order the Bun Bo Hue and we agreed with no questions asked. The staff were really nice and provided good service. Pros: The pricing was very affordable and I really enjoyed my «medium sized» bowl which in reality is equivalent to a large bowl. The presentation of my Bun Bo Hue was great and it smelled amazing. The variety of vegetables provided to be added into my bowl was so fresh and on point. Cons: The broth was good overall but it was more on the sweeter side. I wanted to add some salt to my broth but I just didnt want to offend the chef unintentionally. I wish the restaurant provided us with a menu and had more options but I’ll live. This is a CASHONLY place so make sure you have cash on ya! Overall: I would come back for their Bun Bo Hue only if I was craving BBH and if I was in the garland area again. I think Phở Tay Do in Richardson still has THEBEST Bun Bo Hue in the DFW metroplex.
