DaVi Nails

Had such disappointing and offensive experience here that I will never go back to think salon ever. I went in early in the week and was going to just get a fill but decide to go ahead and get a mani-​pedi since there was a special advertised on their window. I start to get my feet done and the lady tells me she will give me a good deal for a deluxe pedi and my nails for $ 37. So I said ok. So she finishes my feet and then start on my nails. I get done with my nails and I’m sitting at the dryer. She says I’m going to the bathroom 10 minutes to dry she’ll be back. Ok! I get done a few seconds before she get back and I pay the guy (husband?) He tells I owe $ 54. I’m thinking she said $ 37. I’m very confused. I pay it and he gives me what I trusted was my right change. I go get a few items from within the grocery and I go to pay and realize he DIDNOT give me the right change. So I go back and tell him he didnt give me the right change and he basically tells me I’m lieing about it and that he knows he gave me the right change. I absolutely calmly explained to him what face bills he gave me and that I did not lose anything (like they accused me of) and can he count his drawer to see if he is over what I know he owes me e just bluntly told me NO! (this is retail 101 people) He just stood there and would not even attempt to try and investigate the situation. I felt robbed, taken advantage of, and swindled by these people who are supposed to be business owners. this was only my second time in this place as a new customer and they have just as quickly lost me as a customer. Never trust you are getting your right change back no matter who it is count it and make sure you are clear on what your total cost will be for the service you will be getting!!!

Been a while since I’ve been here but I returned for a simple pedi while my sister got her brows done. The massage was fantastic and my feet feel really good (I run every week). Sister looks good which is quite the undertaking. ⁵⁄₅ will come again.
Place was still really clean and sanitary (super important to me) and the same friendly faces are still here. It seems they’re doing really well and it shows: service was superb and I left without having to spend too much for a job very well done.
My sister’s brows aren’t as warm and fuzzy anymore which is good since we’re going out tonight and they were able to get us in right away. I was done a little before her because she took her time with the consultation. The staff here was really patient and understanding. So I went and did a little shopping in the Walmart while I waited for her to finish.

Will was referred by a coworker. He was pretty good. I would prefer my nails to be more narrow & natural looking but if I return I will be sure that he fixes the shape

Honestly when I went in my expectations weren’t high but I was okay with that because I was in a hurry. This being said I have never had such a horrible time at a nail salon. They were rude and when I tried to explain what I wanted the woman there just spoke over me and would not let me speak. I got the gel manicure and when I left it was not what I was trying to explain and it was full of bubbles. I was very disappointed.
