It’s fast food so I don’t expect spectacular food but it is FAST food so I expect to get through the drive-​thru quickly. Both time I have come here I’ve waited just under 10 minutes to just get to the speaker to order then I waited 5 mins before anyone even came on the speaker to ask what I wanted. The Drive-​thru shouldn’t be a 20 minute ordeal.

It’s fast food so nothing was spectacular about it. However, the customer service at the drive though windows was subpar. The drive through worker did not smile or say thank you. She was very indifferent and clearly did not care about providing good service.

Everytime I go there they forget something. Ordered a large chilli, looks a little short to me and I guess I’m supposed to eat it with my fingers.

I pulled through to get a quick, unhealthy supper for myself and was pleasantly surprised at the service here. The young people working here were all so polite! It was truly a breath of fresh air. Go on, young people at Wendy’s!

Ok. Its a Wendy’s fast food joint. Service is… well…ITS A WENDY’S FAST FOOD JOINT… LOL
But my fellow «Americans married to Asians» take that wonderfully frugal lil lady to the dollar menu pull up to the drive thru in your Benz and order to your hearts content… LOL
Wendys chili is the best in Garland/​Richardson
And you cant go wrong with a Frosty
