Donuts are below average, but I give them 1 star for their awful customer service. I’ve been here a few times, but Sue-jin and her husband need a class in customer service. I call them donut ho’, cause they take your order and will be talking to their next customer before you are finished with giving your order. Very rude. And they give you an extra donut with your order, which initially you are like «thanks» but after tasting it, which is usually dry and stale, your next thought is «thanks for the crap!».

Inconspicuous little donut shop in a shopping center off the main drag. We stopped here during a whirlwind tour of Texas that included Houston, Austin, and Dallas (indirectly, Garland). With all those miles to cover on the road, J Donuts had just the fuel we needed… breakfast pastries. We scarfed down some ham & cheese croissant and sausage/bagel dog type thingies along with a couple of old fashioned glazed donuts. The lady behind the counter threw in an extra donut when I wasn’t looking.
Nice folks in Garland… and decent donuts!
