KFC

KFC is pretty consistant when it comes to their food. But the service can vary. So I for one no longer use this store even though it means going out of my way. At their drive thru, the lady could hear me & I her but we were still having trouble placing a simple order which required answering a few questions about the menue. Driving around to the window seemed to be a solution. But she had just as much difficulty in person making it obvious that it was using & understanding English was the problem. Asked for the mgr. pointing out that it would be better for the customers if someone fluent with the language worked taking orders & answering questions about the food offerred. Obvious stuff right? Well, the mgr. turned out to be almost identical to the previous person, had similar difficulties & denied there was a problem! I guess she identified with & felt more loyalty for her compatriot than she did with those she expects to pay for their goods & service. I understand how that would be good practice if we were in Latin America somewhere, certainly their place of origin. But I happen to reside & trade in the Republic of Texas, part of my country, the United States of America! Therefore I refuse to fund this kind of unAmerican business practice. And I refuse to spend my hard earned $ there. There are other KFCs in Garland. And it makes no sence to churn my stomach in an effort to feed it#@!÷! Every, self respecting member of this society should vote with their $ spending not where you find the lowest price like Wal Mart but where you get the best overall experience. Just a loyal, patriotic American wondering what has happened to our country. Help me take it back! It’s even affecting our fried chicken for Christ’s sake!

Way over-​priced for what they give you! My husband got an 8 pc family meal and it was 17.99. They put ONE breast in there and 3 thighs! the rest was wings and legs. The tenders were hard & the gravy was so runny. I will never come back here! Plus a friend of mine said that they did a health inspection across many of the KFC’s and have found rat droppings at many locations. BEWARE!!!

Saw management handling chicken with bare hands, no gloves or anything on. that was disgusting so I walked out. Hopefully that saved me from illness
