Whataburger

I never write reviews, but I had it with this location! I love you Whaterburger, but this location is the worst! First I get my burger cold after waiting through the drive thru for a very long time. Then another time I didn’t get cheese on my burger after I asked for it. And today I didn’t even get s full order of fries! Strike three and you are out! I guess this location sucks at their drive thru.

Definitely not planning to return here. Beef patties are old and dry. Chicken tenders and pieces are also old, dry, and hard. Definitely not very appealing in my opinion. I will only eat at this place if this is the choice left.

Quite frankly, the dirtiest fast-​food restaurant I have ever eaten in… ever! Floors were so greasy, I almost slipped, disgusting. We had to change tables due to the stickiness of the table. The server who brought our food had a sweatshirt on that was filthy, right where you would wipe your hands… enough said, right!?! I would recommend an attorney on standby for pending lawsuits.

I am not one to usually complain but today at this place I was disappointed. I orderd my usual bacon egg and cheese biscuit. As I waited for an unusually long time for my order I went to the counter to serif maybe it was forgotten.
When this is what I see, trash all behind the counter, food on the floor, nobody was wearing plastic gloves like they usually do. They ever addressed me I had to kinda Speak up over the employees joking around with each other. Of course I got the stink eye for that.
They all noticed me watching them and then tried to put on gloves pick up trash and such as if they just got busted. I could go on and on. Gross nasty and rude place!
The food I ordered I love but not from here! The eggs: cold
The biscuit: dry and unbuttered
The bacon: I didn’t notice any!
The facility filthy, unsanitary and teenage employees that are unsupervised!
As I left I notice another customer who’s food she ordered was not cooked all the way. She politely asked to cook it a little more. So the cashier takes it to the cook in front of everyone and says this lady is crazy will you burn this sh@t! Wow
Shut this place down! Or get area manager to fix it before it’s to late.

Whataburger is a very good restaurant. I love their food. Good variety; great place to eat. LOVE IT!!!

Don’t go here. The drive thru is horrible and they always get our stuff wrong.

By far, the slowest Whataburger in history. I will only stop here if there are no cars in the drive-​thru or inside. If you are in a hurry, or simply don’t want to wait 15 – 20 minutes, this is not the place for you. The food I would say is just as good as any other location that is able to get it out to you within minutes. It doesnt’ matter if it’s breakfast, lunch, dinner, or 2 am after the bars… expect a long wait.

The best chain burger in my opinion. The flavor of the meat is what separates it from others. Dbl meat with Jalapenos is my all time favorite. The only negative thing I have to say about WB is the lettuce. I know that sounds silly but just hear me out. It falls all over the place as you bite into the burger. Chopped Iceberg lettuce is cheap and that’s why they do it. Leafy romaine would be better. That’s all.

last time i stopped here i waited 15 min and never did get my order i was in a hurry to get somewhere i left the drive through without even getting a refund. i will not plan on coming back if i have anywhere that i am headed to

If you visit the drive thru, make sure you double check your order as we have had mustard multiple times when we specifically asked for «no mustard» and it was even repeated back to us.
Every time I have gone inside, I have had great service and don’t remember my order being messed up.

Good customer service… I did find hair around my burger and it was a bunch of files… but overall ill stick with my home made monster burgers I’ve been to better whataburgers than that one

During my roadtrip from Georgia to California (44 hours) my friend and I heard the hype about Whataburger and how it was a major heavyweight contender to In-​N-​Out. The competition was fierce, and I even think that Randy, Paula and Simon might agree with me when I say In-​N-​Out is better. Not to say Whataburger isn’t at all good bcuz truth is that it is a great place, but «home is where the heart is».
Place a few Whataburger’s in California and you’ll experience a food-​crazed riot similar to the Pat and Geno’s cheesesteak war.
Honestly, I cannot pin point one feature that stands out solely bcuz this was in May and I was super hungry, but at the time I was scarffing down the savory and succulent meal I felt like «whoa this is really good. Ok time to hit the road.»
If ever I’m travelling across the Texas pan handle I will be delighted to pig out at Whataburger which reminds me of Bakers (burger food chain primarily located in the Inland Empire and I believe this place will give In-​N-​Out a run for its money). #Truth

Since this Whataburger is close to a lot of other stops I make during the week, I have gone relatively frequently over the years.
I have always been pleased with the accuracy of my order. The restrooms are clean, when you walk in, you’re likely going to be greeted with a smile.
I would go to this Whataburger at any hour and not worry about the kind of service I may get.
