avoid avoid avoid. the employees at this location are committing theft. i drove through for breakfast on my lunch hour at 0317am and i had a suspicious feeling so i checked my bank balance when i got back and found not only was i charged for my breakfast but there was also an additional 25. oo charge on my account. i called the business and was told i could come and get the 25.00 gift card they put on my account. so they willingly and knowingly committed theft on my account.***Update*** the night shift manager was not much assistance, but the GM is looking I to the situation and did find where my card was run two times and refunded my money. That makes me feel a bit better about this location but I will only pay with cash there from now on. Especially when you consider the amount of inconvenience I’m now at 6 hours if my time working on this and I have to cancel my card to be sure no additional charges occur.

This location is so dirty. Just yuck. I only came because it was a school fundraiser but I won’t be returning. I don’t like getting food from a place that can’t keep their interior clean and disinfected.
Don’t even get me started on the interior of the play land. Dirty doesn’t even describe the level of filth inside the tunnels. Pretty sure the cleaning company who is advertised as cleaning that location, hasn’t cleaned in the tunnels in years. Sorely unattended. My kids will not play there.

They aren’t perfect but when they are it’s the best! The day and afternoon crew do a great job most of the time, but the night crew is horrible! The night crew doesn’t change the oil for the fries and/​or leaves fries sitting there because they almost always give nasty fries. Also the burger are sometimes not fresh. The reason I’m giving it a 4 star is because they do a great job on the food before 8pm. The fries are perfect and the burgers are fresh. I just hope they change management for the night crew and change the night crew.

Worst place ever! Ordered a #2 with no onions or pickles, received one correct the other one with onions and pickles, took back and told them to please fix they gave me another burger and when I checked the burger had 2 bottom buns, I took again for a 2^nd time, the cashier gave an attitude and responded,“what now”? I showed her and the manager and they told the kitchen to make another one, 15 min later they call me fto give me my cheeseburger, well they gave it to me in a container I was like, what is this?! They said what you wanted! I told them NO! I wanted a regular cheeseburger with a top and bottom bun without pickles nor onions! Then 10 min later I got a new burger. Of course I checked it for hairs and spit. Worst one in the garland area I will never come back! I was there from 10:29pm-11:35pm. Ridiculous!

Purchased an egg mcmuffin and large drink and was charged $ 29.54. $ 25.00 over the purchase amount.

Christmas Day… still the WORST run store in the dallas area. A lot of workers disorganized mess… I just stopped in for drinks… no lids in lobby for cups I am not kidding 15 minutes the owner operator should be ashamed of this store.
