1 Star-Food is okay but it is our go to place when we want a meal not fast food near our house. But what makes us coming back is our luck with waiters. Today we had James. So awesome, great attitude. We had a big group and a indecisive group with kids. He was so patient and funny. Thank you so much James! Plus amazing presentation on making the guacamole at the table! I gave 5 stars mainly all for James! Awesome!

I will never be back to this joke of a restaurant!!! After sitting at the front door for 5 minutes we finally get sat at our table to be ignored for another 10 minutes! Finally get to order a drink and 10 minutes later I get it. Food takes 20 minutes for two entrees that are disgusting and send them back! Manager comes over AFTER I request her presence and she is an idiot! This place is an absolute joke! I waste an hour and a half of my life just to leave hungry and 30 dollars poorer! Save yourself the trouble and pick somewhere else to eat!!!

Chose this location due to the one at town east being packed. There is definitely a reason why… Everything is sub par here. The service the food the smoking all of it. Won’t come back

Has anyone gotten food poisoning from Chilis. Once you get it you never forget the experience. I would imagine it’s because Chilis rushes the person washing dishes and they don’t really check to see if the dishes are clean and sanitary or not! Huge liability just because somebody wants to register their job instead of taking their time and doing alright I guess maybe they would rather be sued! Sad thing is I contacted the one 800 number and ask them do you talk to mange meant about this and for some reason I’m the bad guy instead of somebody actually doing their job as expected and legally! What’s wrong with this picture???

Get A FREE breath of CIGARETTESMOKE when you walk in the front door. Great to wheeze for the rest of the day, I’ll go back to the Mesquite or Rowlett Chili’s so I can breathe and not smell like I’ve been to a bar on my way back to work. Also, this Chili’s does not have sweet tea. I always order blackberry sweet tea at the non garland locations.

Wow, I guess it says something that this location doesn’t even pull itself on Unilocal map… our experience there was awful. We waited FOREVER for our food, a burger & a salad. Buffalo chicken salad, I ordered with blue cheese dressing, not the spicy ranch on menu. When food arrived, after informing manager that was taking too long, I knew immediately that it did not have blue cheese. I say to waitress, «that’s not blue cheese». She says, «they told me it was»???wth? We were on a time crunch, I had to get to go. Manager did send us home with free dessert. We won’t be returning to this location ever.
