Ok, if your hungry please return to your car guys. This particular place is a mess. Servers forget you exist. I found a hair on my salad. And she spilled my drink on my moms shoes. Like are you kidding me??? Yeah the reason for the 2 stars is the food wasn’t all bad but it’s not worth my money. I hope I helped anybody, if you don’t believe me go walk in risk it.

Well I had the ½ rack ribs done in a Dr. Pepper glaze. It was pretty good. Along with that had the 8oz steak which was lightly seasoned and cooked to order. My sides were very well done onion rings and a cup of mashed potatoes. A nice layer of cheese was added. All in all pretty well done. A good place to go for basic fare. Nothing extraordinary but good. Food has seem to improve from last visit, so I’ll be back.

The reviews are right. An hour and twenty five minutes and still waiting. Told us they were cleaning our tables twenty minutes ago. Reviews are true.

I haven’t been to this location since it burned down and I can say I was throughly disappointed. The staff was lax and I hardly saw my actual server other then when she took my order and brought my drink. My appetizer and meal came out cold and was replaced by the manager. We also ordered a guacamole burger and it came out looking more like a baby poo burger. The salsa tasted like plain tomatoes from a can, zero flavor… i will be marking this one off my list of restaurants.

After calling the restaurant to voice my concern about my transaction not going through, the manager had already comped my lunch. In that case I will go back again. Thanks to Melissa.

Extremely slow getting the food out even though the restaurant was almost empty when we arrived it filled up while we waited and several people that came in after we ordered got there food. The waitress took the order and got our drinks within 5 min of being seated then did not see her again we have now been waiting 40 min and have not seen her again!

Seriously! What an amazing staff and food! By far one of the BEST Chili’s in the area!!!

1 out of the 5 times that I’ve been to this location service was «decent». On most recent visit (2 days ago) service was slowww, food was not that great, & apparently they decide on the amount of their tip. They added a tip to my final bill even though I refused due to awful visit. Getting your own straws & napkins from the bar, waiting long periods of time just for a refill… yeah, come to this location.

Thoroughly disappointed with my experience at this location. We had to wait for the server to clean out a table before we were seated. We asked for skillet mashed potatoes, but regular was brought out. As well as ranch, and had to request it a second time. There was another young lady struggling to bus a couple nearby tables with napkins and a spray bottle which was quite distracting as she was performing this task the entire 30 minutes we were in the restaurant. Lastly, our server and the young woman who was cleaning spent a considerable amount of time discussing their personal lives while they could’ve been focusing on service. The food was not tasty enough to overlook the missed opportunities in our experience today.

WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD AT A RESTAURANT, EVER!!! Oh my gosh, where do I Eben begin? This is probably the 100^th chance that we’ve given this location; the food is ALWAYS cold, the servers always seem like it’s their 1^st day and I’ve never experienced SO MANY INCOMPETENT, RUDE managers who take NO PRIDE IN THEIR JOB, and it shows.
I speak in this occasion of a manager named CHRISSY-​Again, I don’t even know where to start: RUDE, never checked in with our table, after SEVERAL ISSUES, until our food came out wrong (big suprise) so she HAD to come by the table. (This is protocol in most restaurants for the mgr to stop by after a food order has been sent back to the kitchen) So she didn’t even fully STOP by our table, rather just slowly walked by as she said, «Everything tastes great, right?» AS SHE CONTINUES WALKING WITHOUT WAITING FOR A RESPONSE! it gets worse… We were obviously upset and I asked our waitress to speak with the manager and she said that she was «too busy»; I’d had it at this point…
We asked for the check and the waitress actually went out of her way to ask me not to leave a review, for she knows we had a bad experience and if we say on the review that there was a problem with the visit, she would get fired. Once again, I was just appalled that she would even ask me not to leave a review after she said that she knew we had had a bad experience. So I obviously just continues through my review of the visit and as I was typing in my comments at the end of the review, I noticed through the reflection of the screen that the same manager I spoke of earlier was literally standing on her tiptoes leaning over trying to read what I was writing! I immediately turned around and caught her so she just stood there and looked right back at me with her eyebrows raised like she was waiting for me to say something, so I just stop there and continued to stare back at her until she shook her head at me and walked off as I heard her other a certain word that I cannot repeat under her breath… I have honestly never been so shocked in my entire life. We will NEVER RETURN.

Worst Chili’s ever. .I should have read the reviews before coming here. The service is awful.

I just wanted to update my review of Chili’s in Mesquite. As you can see, we have always been a fan of Chili’s. The last two times have not been good at all. We decided to give it one final try today and ended up disappointed again and so we will not be back. The service was not good at all. The food was even worse than the time before. We ordered the smoky chicken quesadillas and they were not smoked but salty and disgusting. They brought our food but forgot out salads and soup. They went and got the soups and salads, so we were left with our salad and soup at the same time coming out as our entre. I hardly touched mine and our waitress didn’t even ask if something was wrong or anything so I ended up paying for something that I hardly touched. The fries were not done all the way either and I didn’t even touch my salad, which I normally love. Over the years I have always stood by Chili’s but I just can’t give you guys any more of my money. So disappointed. We really enjoyed you guys. We can’t even go into the one on 30 and Broadway anymore because the first thing you smell when you open the door is a cloud of cigarette smoke. That was the main reason we went to the one in Mesquite anyway.

Chilis changed their chicken in the chicken sandwiches and the chicken fajitas. It is mushy, slimy, fatty, marinated chicken. The worse thing is the Manager does not care ! He blamed corporate and said he doesn’t have their number. He said we can go look it up on line. We will not come back to the Mesquite Chili’s.

Oh, Chilis.
Over the years, I’ve given you so many chances. You’ve revamped your logo, your menu, your theme. Added the kiosk, tried to become trendy, and yet, you and TGI Fridays just can’t seem to be anything but warmed over 1997. Speaking strictly of this location only:
The service is only a-​okay. The prices are way too high for what you get and the food is just meh bar food. And wtf with the kiosk. Don’t expect much of a tip if you want me to do most of the work myself. I just don’t understand how Chilis stays afloat but I guess if Applebees is still alive (and it’s absolute tripe) then Chilis has a few years left on it.
The positive: the old location burned down a few years ago so everything is new and shiny and nice. There, I said something good.

The food here is totally bad. I found a hair in my salad. The waiters here are so dumb, they dropped my drink on my moms shoes! Bad service too, takes long time for them to get us a drink and our food.

Really bad service. We used to love eating here, I not sure what happen, but we continued to get bad service and long waiting. we would get raw food. Never get are food wright. Maybe is management.

In one word. Horrible… I used to love chilis but I sure don’t anymore have Tried several times and nothing is good. I always went for the app egg rolls. Not regular egg rolls much different with corn and beans but they r yuck now they changed something. I’m sure they have always been frozen and not made from scratch but they cook them different now. Not a fan won’t be back

My husband and I came here yesterday while waiting for the AT&T store to open and was pleasantly surprised by the new look. We were seated immediately and out waitress Vanessa was really nice attentive, but the food was really not that good. I order some chicken alfredo and my husband order chicken fried steak, their new mac and cheese and cream potatoes. We both left feeling somewhat disappointed. Dont know if we would go back.

We had 6 people and a baby. The best part of the night was that we could call ahead and put our name on the wait list… After that it was pretty downhill…
The waiting area is very poorly done. Just a big open area where people stand around. No seat and the area to stand is right in front of a few booths.
The service was very very slow and the good was so-​so. A few of the orders got mixed up and the waitress only refilled drinks once and then never took any of our empty plates so the table got very full very fast. The wait-​staff kept coming out and announcing LOUDLY a bunch of birthdays and singing (not something you want if chilis is trying to «class it up»)
The restrooms were absolutely disgusting and my wife told me that there was feces on the floor of the women’s restroom.
Next time we will drive the extra miles to another Chilis or find another place to eat all together.

This place is practicly new because it burnt down and they rebuilt, i stopped by on a sunday evening, and the waiting list was packed but it just took 10 minutes for us to get a table, it seemed like there was not enough staff to provide a great service, it took them them about 25 minutes after i got my table to clean the 2 tables next to mine, and there was a lot of people waiting, they need to improve in managment skills

This location is a good one. Me and my girlfriend love the 2 for 20 $ menu. They have some of their best options on there. And their texas cheese fries are awesome. I could eat them everyday. also I always get their mango tea it’s so good and refreshing! Their service could be a little better but otherwise it’s good.

Who in their right mind would Under staff a restaurant on New Year day? Got to give our Waiter 2 thumbs up for doing the best he can! That would be the Mesquite location!

We did not sit at the bar we did seat in the dining area by booth on the left side of the building.

The building an bathroom was very clean,
Food is always good at Chilis an this location was very good.
If you don’t have any other Chilis near by you then this is the one to go
Also I couldn’t believe this building is over two years old because it was so clean an very well maintained on The inside that it looked like you were walking into a freshly painted an furnished Chilis.
It’s a lot better interior design then the one on Northwest Highway.

This place is new and looks great but the food, service, and management here sucks. Avoid like plague. McDonalds food taste better.

Rude… and every since it re opened food has been terrible. Do your self a favor and drive to a different location.

Brand new. Loved my server. Keep this up and you could be better than all the other ones! Monica was great and I know she will be a great server for anyone else. Wonderful attention to detail.
