Chili’s

craving something and when you have it and does not taste like you expected… This experience. Margarita chicken bowl seemed like it was missing something… Not a lot of flavor and the chicken tasted like that plain frozen chicken.

Worst service ever. Server wasn’t attentive at all. We had to order refills and other needed things thru other server. Very slow service also.

This chilis is pretty good, went during the day when it was very slow and got a pretty nice girl. Food was good but not great, usual for the price. The cigarette smoke didn’t bother me because I consented to ingesting it when I found out they allow smoking in the restaurant and chose to stay. To everyone else on here complaining about how horrible the smoke is, go to a different location then. Ohmygod. It is not that crucial and if it bothers you that much then leave. Don’t create a negative experience for everyone else and take it out on your server even though it’s something they can’t control. Yall other commenters sound whiny.

I called in a order yesterday afternoon. I parked in the To Go parking and entered that door. There was a manager there at the To Go register that didn’t even much acknowledge me when I walked through the door. He could have AT LEAST said hello. He was a tall white guy, balding head with a lime green shirt on. I proceeded to the bar to pay it smelled like a damn chimney! I could have choked on all the cigarette smoke. Needless to say, I won’t be back to this location.

There were several people, like 10+, smoking cigarettes. The place smelled so strongly of smoke we had to leave. I didn’t know this was still legal. Don’t waste your time coming here if you value your cardiovascular health or especially if you have children.
Unacceptable.

I already didn’t want to come here because I have never been impressed with the food from Chili’s but the service I got at this location has turned me off of Chili’s permanently. Wife and I came here with our 6 month old. The place was 75% capacity. We had to wait 15 minutes to be seated when there were obvious open tables. OK got sat waited 10 mins for our server to come by and get drink and food order. The best part of waiting was also getting to enjoy the smell of SMOKE coming from the bar area YUCK! Waited over a hour for food that never came. Got refills once by a different server whom could see we were not pleased. We asked the hostess for a manager twice. Never saw our server again. No manager came by. We just left. Will never be back to Chili’s again. All the hostess could tell us was sorry the kitchen was backed up… I would hate to see this place on the weekend. We went on Thursday night. Avoid like plague

Not the best experience. First, I ordered a drink they had on the entrance door called the Paloma. However, I was served blackberry Rita both being $ 9.00 drinks. Then was told that they no longer offered the Paloma but was offered a grapefruit Rita. Not the worst thing to happen, just the first thing. When ordering our food two for $ 20 deal, I asked to add queso to the chips/​salsa appetizer. The waitress informed me it would be an extra 0.50 to do so. I agreed. However when my husband ordered the chicken fajitas, he was asked if he wanted rice and beans. There was no mention of an extra charge to add rice and beans. He opted for the beans only. And I ordered the classic burger on the menu. My burger was overlooked not burnt but very dry. I tried adding some ketchup but was really wishing I’d gone to Whataburger instead. My husband’s beans that was added with the extra charge of $ 1.99 was cold and his fajitas lacked flavor. But we chose not to complain or send them back after already having the first drink issue. Upon paying the check on the kiosk, the offered sliding tip said on a $ 42.47 ticket that $ 10.08 equaled 20%. About that time, the manager walked by and asked if everything was ok. So honestly I said no. She did explain the tip being off due to the wrong drink being rung up and then having to be comped. I tipped the waitress my usual 20% being around $ 8, as she was nice and effective enough. But I left disappointed in the food. What happened to the days when Chillis burgers were so huge and juicy that they were actually messy and hard to eat. Good news, my dogs will definitely enjoy what I took home.

I love this place, one of my favorite restaurants they always have decent food and the waiters here are really cool they always make sure you have a drink and that everything is good. They don’t wait too long not too short. It is also separated smoking and non smoking so it caters to everyone. This particular location is great!

For a chain restaurant you can’t expect perfection.
This Chili’s in particular seems to have some areas of improvement.
Once seated my guests and I were essentially forgotten. I had to get up and go ask if someone was going to take our order.
Our food was delayed, but they were busy. Still it would have been nice if someone checked on us while we were waiting.
Once served we discovered that some of the food was overcooked, but the steaks were horribly undercooked.
When we tried to mention the problems with our meals we were made to feel like we were at fault.
This place lacks in customer service.

I have to remember to only go here when I want a drink and chips and salsa, food is what you would expect from a chain restaurant! This one however is worse as they still allow smoking in the restaurant!

My parents brought me here because it’s their regular weekend spot to have some cocktails and lunch in the bar. They always have the same server and he was also our server this time. He knew their names and drink orders and was so respectful. He was also training a new hire and both of them together knocked it out of the park. Some of the best service I have ever had at a Chilis!
We had queso and chils and boneless buffalo wings… perfect.
Mom had the Cajun Chicken Pasta… so yummy we all took a bite…
Dad had a burger… the housemade pickles are so kick ass!
I had the Chicken Ranch Sandwich… no sharing here, it’s ALL MINE!!! So good!
The restaurant was very clean and tidy, not too loud, not too busy… just perfect. Oh and come to find out, the server’s sister and I played basketball together in middle school and high school. Small World :)
Huge plus — the new touch pads on the tables so you don’t have to wait for your check. You just pay and go!

I went on Thursday and it was not packed at all. However after ordering my food and waiting 45 mins… I still walked out with no food. All the manager could say is the kitchen is running behind. 45 mins behind you got to be kidding me. I loaded my family up and went to Applebees… needless to say I got my food in 18 mins. I will never set foot in that place again!

Poor chilis… reminds me why this place is not on my favorites list due to the service food is still good but man ol’ man the service stinks even on a slow Thursday night the waiter is to busy talk by him self to his thing in his ear I think it’s a 2way radio, we been sitting here on a with a empty drink going on 20 mins It’s ok I guess what do you expect for a waiter that probably getting paid 5 bucks a hour I guess next time we have to pre-​tip before we order so we can recover better service,

Best Chili’s in the metroplex. Good food, fun, and sports for friends and family. Very good waiters. Waiters are attentive.

Food was marginal. Service was ok. We were hungry. I had received a gift card for Chili’s and wanted to use it. Their tea and lemonade combination is not sweet enough, it even tasted watered down.

For a Friday night, the staff and management seem overwhelmed with a full restaurant. We had a group of 10, which they couldn’t accommodate a table for, we had to split our group. The smoke of cigarettes was so powerful throughout the restaurant (we had two kids). Waitress kept forgetting to bring our refills on drinks and chips and salsa. We ordered from the 2 for 20.00 menu and plates were not fresh. My Honey Chipotle chicken was hard and my fries were only a small handful. My kids chicken crispers were hard to bite. We kept asking for ranch and she kept forgetting. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, and would rather spend my money at a TGI Friday’s or a Cheddar’s.

mid day service was save by a good waiter but the initial seating from first contact was very SLOW considering the time of day we were there. The good waiter saved the day for this place.

Never had a problem with their service or food and I have been there over 20 times in the past three years.
we order take out a lot and never had a problem with an order being messed up. the bar waiters are always great but the other side where most people sit doesn’t always have the best staff. for the most part I cant complain.

Decided 5 months later to give it another try and nothing has improved

Needed a place to eat before our jet ski rental. Chili’s was close. The staff was very polite and kept our drinks filled even the kids cup. Food was delivered promptly and correctly. Everything was tasty except my sons pizza. (if he doesn’t eat his pizza them something is wrong). The Pizza sauce tasted like BBQ sauce. He only took one bite. The server exchanged it for something else no issue. If we are back in this area I would visit here again.
