Sonic-Drive In

Cherry limeade good as usual. I can’t get over how awkward not tipping when ask you have is a credit card it made me to embarrassed to ask the poor feller for ketchup for my overly great tots. The chicken sandwich mean I got was $ 10.81!!! Wtf I thought fast food meant quick and cheap I could have eatin a freshly prepared Ruth’s Chris 5 start cheeseburger with a beer at the same price during there lunch happy hour and had my car valet parked.

The service here is so bad. The wait is long and when there foods finally gets to you, it’s probably wrong. The person who took my order was so rude and disengaged like I was interrupting her day. I will not be returning.

Terrible. I love sonic but this location has disappointed me. I went through the drive thru lane and nobody greeted me. I was concerned the speaker might have been broken. After saying «Hello» a few times, I left and decided to try a drive in lane. The food came out fast but nothing was quality. My whole meal wasn’t even warm. The «toast» was just bread. The chicken was dry. I asked for a lemon water and the water didn’t even taste like water. I didn’t even finish the drink because it was that bad. Anytime I’ve ever ordered a lemon water at this location, there’s been a problem.

Every time I go to this location they NEVER GET ANY ORDER RIGHT. It’s utensils missing, ingredients missing from the blasts, giving me the wrong order and expecting me to pay extra, etc. Only the heated food is on point. I usually never express my opinion about fast food, but this has happened on multiple occasions. Like you can’t take the time to put a spoon in there that I paid you and the company to do to put into my bag so I can go on with my life? Terrible service.

Went up there this morning for a corny dog, and I don’t think I have ever had one so nasty. It was old, dry. I just don’t understand why you can’t make a fresh corn dog.

Normally I wouldn’t write a review for a fast food restaurant but the service at this drive thru is exceptionally slow.
I’ve been here three times now and will never go back. All three times I have been made to wait at the window for an excess of 10+ minutes. My normal order is a diet coke with lime, as you can see that should not take this much time to compete. Today we ordered a diet coke and a milkshake. We could see the milkshake on the counter by the window but no one came to great us. We watched it melting in the window and no one came after 10 minutes so we just decided it wasn’t worth it. This was one of my husbands first experienced here and he will never go back to sonic.
Another time the crew member at the window kept opening the window and saying, «here’s your bag of ice» — I didn’t have a bag of ice. Again, «here’s your large sprite slush» I didn’t have a sprite slush. Finally, «well what did you have?»
Needless to say the service is subpar and I suppose McDonald’s will get my diet coke business front his point forward.

This location has a drive-​through! The chicken strips and nuggets are always fried too hard for me– but that’s every sonic! Their hamburgers are always hot and yummy! Of course happy hour is a happy two hours every day from 2 – 4 drinks and slushes are half off. AND, It’s service with a smile-​Always a friendly drive-​through experience. I actually pass a sonic to get to this one because of the drive-​through!

Love this place for drinks! Happy hour!!!
