Worst customer service ever. I basically tryied to order food and just asked for ketchup and got ignored so when I asked again when they were handing my order she rolled her eyes. So they I said iam sorry to bother you and asked to speak with the manager. So the young lady start to yell at me. Then the manager comes to the drive thur window and yells at me.. anyone can go be a manager there iam a paying customer I got treated very bad so I asked for my money gave them there food back .went to sonic got my food with no problem.. Never go there at night management is very bad and the workers

I will never go to this location again!!! Went through the drive through about 10pm(they don’t close until 12a) I ordered a whopper, just the sandwich, the person taking the order seemed confused by this. I ordered it with no onion, tomato or lettuce ! I got my burger and as soon as it was passed through the window I could smell the BREAD… Bread should not be the first thing you smell when you order a chargrilled burger! The entire drive home(about 10 min) all I could smell was bread … Got home, opened the wrapper and you can see the entire burger had been microwaved!!! The bread was soggy and wrinkly, the bread, mayo, ketchup and pickles were all scalding hot ! the mayo looked like it had already started to get chunky … The meat was hard around the edges and when I tried to take the meat off the bun it was sticky!!! I called and asked for a corporate number, the boy who answered the phone placed me on mute then came back and said he didn’t have a corporate number, I asked for a manger, was placed on mute again then told I just missed her.(Btw — He was a very bad liar) I usually like Burger King but I will never go back to this location again! If I could give it ZEROSTARS I would !

Poor service, I’ve been there 3 – 4 times and they always get my order wrong, will definitely not be going there anymore. This last time I was there I missed my lunch completely so I just ask for my money back.

This Burger King location gets 5 stars from me. No long lines prompt and great customer service. And most of all their ice cream machine was up and running. Order 2 Oreo Shakes and a large Dr.pepper. Kudos 2 the 2 guys working drive thru. They got our simple order right. This will now be my go to Burger King.

I went in today 10÷19÷15 to get the Halloween Burger and they weren’t selling it anymore. What kind of place ends a Halloween promotion 2 weeks before Halloween? I got their chicken fries and they were ok; nothing great.

It would be zero stars if possible. Waited 20 mins for 2 small hamburgers and 1 whopper Jr. After 10 mins the manager saw that my order was missed. Another 10 mins and a staffer had to ask for it to be made. Really not rocket science guys!

Place is clean. All employees in uniforms. Got the Yummo again looked like the picture and bread was fresh. Im going to try the nuggets cant beat the price. Havent been in here for a while i like the updated look.

They could not get order right the first time and continued to forget to give us our milkshakes. The chicken strips were DISGUSTING!!! Old and seemed like they have been sitting on oil for a long time. Will not come back here again

Never have I been at a place that so entirely screwed up my order, not once, but also after explaining the problem. My parents and I were stopping in quickly and we ordered: 2 chicken sandwiches(bogo) 1 bacon cheeseburger(not sure the name, but it was 1 $) 1 large onion ring 1 small fry 3 drinks What we paid for: 2 chicken sandwiches(both full price, despite the giant sign offering bogo) 1 whopper with bacon added(was like 6 $) 1 large fry 3 drinks We we grossly overcharged and were not once asked if we would like to be rung up again or refunded, but we were in a hurry, so we said it was okay, just add on the onion rings and we’re good, whatever. What we got: 2 chicken sandwiches 1 cheeseburger(not a whopper, not with bacon) 1 small fry 3 drinks So, what we wanted, what we paid for and what we got were THREESEPARATETHINGS. Ridiculous. The entire time they were bringing the food out, we were checking it because it was so confusion. I ended up pulling a pad out of my purse and writing down the order for them to finally get us what we wanted. Not only did they screw up, but they seemed to completely not care at all. The manager was just like«Put some onion rings on it.» and walked away, not trying to see what the issue was with the cashier or trying to actually solve any of the numerous problems we faced. Also, two of the sodas(the only 2 I like) were both out, so I ended up getting water in my cup that I paid for because they wouldn’t change the syrups out before we had to leave. I would rather starve than eating here and I hate the thought that 1 star is the lowest rating I can give.

It’s too bad I cannot give a negative star considering this was not the first time at this establishment, but it has been several years. While waiting for my order I filled my cup with unsweetened tea. When I tasted the tea it had the flavor of coffee. When my meal came I talked to Norma, who looked as if she was dressed as a manager, and indicated my issue with the tea and asked if she could fill my tea from the tea they have for drive thru. Norma, rudely, said they do not have tea in drive thru. I find that highly unlikely since they were not coming to the front to fill drive thru teas. To make this visit worse the BK fish tasted too salty and with only one choice of a diet drink I had to have a sugary drink due to my original problem. They remodeled the interior of this Burger King but the staff was just as rude as my previous visit three years ago. I feel I wasted my $ 5.82 used from my gift card.
