As with any large chain of restaurants, some will be good and some will be bad. Then, some will be so far off the scale, one is compelled to write a review. This Pizza Hut location on Oates off I-​635 is just such an example of exceeding excellence. Having recently moved close to this location, I discovered one server who was outstanding. As I repeated my visits, I’m pleased to report that ALL of the staff here is consistently exceptional. And not just at performing the required ‘corporate friendliness’ but at caring and serving with a sincerity you nearly never find in chain service. Whoever hires the people here is a thoughtful genius and this entire little location should be held up as a corporate example of excellence.

I grew eating Pizza Hut Pizza. Simple yet delicious. As far as chain pizza places I give it high marks. Service will vary from location to location. I’ve had lack luster service from here in the past, so I only order carry out from here.

If it wasn’t for their stuffed crust pizza, I’d probably never order from this place again. I order delivery because I have no way to pick up it up but I don’t see why they simply MUST be 30 minutes late with a cold pizza. I am not all that far from the location, nor is my house difficult to find. On several occasions they have charged me TWICE for the same order, and are incredibly reluctant to issue a refund, and beyond rude about it.

Great place to sit, relax and enjoy some good pizza! Our waitress Charlene was the best. And every time I have them deliver to my work the delivery guy is always great also. 5 Stars all the way!
