I hate writing these reviews because I hate sounding like a cry-baby or sensitive person, specially in regards to store treatment based on race/ethnicity, but I have to write it. So, I’m in line waiting to pay and the cashier is overly friendly and nice to person in front of me, white female, they start making conversation, and here I am waiting, but I don’t care. The cashier takes her sweet time making sure the customer felt her care. Ok, that’s good. So I’m next, her attitude completely changed, like she didn’t care at all. I’m latino, cashier is latino, which is one of the things that highly upsets me that there is even self discrimination going on here. Instead of charging my one stuff that I had to pay, which would be really fast, she proceeds to help other white customers that needed help with some item, not sure if they were even ready to pay, and again changes her attitude to being nice and helpful to them. All while I was there waiting. I felt like a second class customer. I will never go back to this Macy’s which I used to purchase at a lot. The funny thing is that this is the second time it has happened to me in my Christmas shopping season, and both times it has been from someone of same ethnicity as me.

This store is horrible, it has very few brands, and it looks like an outlet department store, never updated with the sales going on, and when customer service needed, there is no one to help, because there are very few employees working per shift…

Not my favorite Macy’s to come to. Just moved to the area from the city. Been here 4 times and always come out with nothing. No one ever seems to be working and when they are they don’t always acknowledge you. Store is messy might be due to the lack of employees. I’ll stick with going to north park.

This department store is what I still think is designed for guys named Biff. It is very yacht oriented and golf club. I don’t remember what lead me into this place, but it did make me realize what I don’t like about it.

I have been trying over the past several years to find made in America products. No clothes. I found some individual dishes by Fiesta were made in USA. I find that really embarrassing for them and Dillard’s. Dillard’s does have display of some cooking products. Come on Americans. Lets show them we care by avoiding Made in China label. According to ABC news if each American would spend $ 77 on something made in USA we could put 200,000 people back to work. Ever been without a job? Think about it.

The only department I wish they would expand on is the boy’s 8 – 20 section. There’s literally very little to choose from and when it’s picked over, it’s just aweful. I like this store because of it’s proximity but I really cannot shop for my son. He’s pushing a Mens Small so at least we can start on the other side of the aisle soon.
