Nails 2 U

Everyone in this place is so rude! Don’t know how to talk to customers! Nail job is terrible, skin painted all on the sides! Terrible service period! NEVER will I waste another Pennie in this trashy place!

I have been doing my pedicure here on a regular basis, and I am a customer of them since 2012. I like it and am always happy with the result because the girls here are fast and do a great job while they are so perfect.
The price is reasonable and I like the clean environment. I am about 8 miles away, and even that I have several nail salons closer to my house, i am willing to drive just because they treating me nice.

The lady of this whole use to be so nice I use to come here five years ago when I moved out here and I lived it there. However I haven’t gone in years and decided to go back horrible customer service! I was not even talked to. To begin with their options for full sets are pretty slim no glitter Acrylics. She did not ask me anything about the power color I wanted or even shape. She didn’t even ask me my name or anything. The salon is not the cleanest and there was absolutely no one else in there. To top it off she cannot do nails, she does not know how to file them down correctly or drill them every nail is not even straight there at a slant at the tip. Every nail is equal in length I give her that. The tops on them have no been drilled correctly so they look as if she just slapped the acrylic on top and shaped the sides. Over all I hate my nails and will never return.

I have been using this company for years and find them to be the very best. It is a family business with a husband, wife and sister in law. Totally professional and always perfect.
