Great product but really BAD BAD customer service! They do not listen to you nor do they accurately read the emails & they cut & paste replies to you. I have used this product since it was first introduced to dermatologist & I have to say I am shocked at the way they treat their customers! They are getting 3 stars for their product not their service. Don ‘t buy it from the company buy it from a doctor’s office!

Ihave used Skinceuticals products since 2001 and carried them in my NYC day spa from 2002 – 2005. A great (and pricey) libne of ACTIVE ingredient-​based, anti-​oxidant skin care. GREAT customer service and terrific products that really work.
But you will pay for them.
The Hydrating B5 gel is amazing.
I also like the C+E serum and Phyto Plus.
Also they have a «back bar» mask that is pretty good.
And the worlds MOST expensive body lotion. (Soy isoflavones)
Oh — and the Eye creams and serums ROCK.

It’s SKINCEUTICALS. Fabulous line of skincare. I know it’s working when multiple cosmetic counter girls are mentioning how great my skin is.
