Whenever we get the hankering for some BBQ, my kiddos want to go to Spring Creek Bbq. And for good reason, it’s tasty! You go through the line cafeteria style and choose your meats. They slice them and plate them for you. Then you get to choose your sides from options like mac n cheese, green beans, corn on the cob, Cole slaw, and potato salad. They walk around often offering fresh rolls. And then there is the bbq sauce… oh em gee is that tasty. Very family friendly restaurant

For a Spring Creek Barbecue location, this is one deserves 5 stars!
I came here with a buy one dinner, get one free coupon. I ordered the beef dinner plate with unlimited sides (potato salad, coleslaw, mac & cheese, and bbq beans). My boyfriend ordered the combination dinner plate with beef and ribs. The beef is tender and juicy. The butter rolls are delicious and the servers do a great job at bringing fresh rolls out of the oven.
Sweet iced tea is sweet *gasp* (like it should be), perfect sugar-​tea ratio.
For the price, Spring Creek is worth it. I always end up taking a to-​go box home. This is my favorite location. Staff is friendly and helpful as always!

Great food and great service! Their ribs are awesome! If I’m ever craving tender juicy ribs this is the spot I go to Oh and their sausage is to amazing it goes great with their delicious rolls.

My wife & I have found this place to be our go-​to BBQ source. Love the team there, great food, BBQ rocks and its fairly close to home (bonus). Can’t beat a hot cobbler with ice-​cream for dessert either.

I usually prefer a different BBQ place (unnamed now)…and this location just became my FAVORITE BBQ! The food was good… much like many places. However, the manager (s) that run this one must hire well. ALL the staff was so professional above and beyond in the style and service for this type of restaurant. The rolls they are known for, true true… they are great! And the way the bring out the vanilla ice cream in the chilled cups right to your table, very cool! You wouldn’t expect that at this kind of a place! AWESOME! Run don’t walk!

I had not been here in a while but we got a buy one get one free coupon for rib dinner. It did not disappoint. The sides were ok but the ribs and rolls were what will bring me back.

Good portions, friendly people. I am sure some like it, but the BBQ sauce is bad in my opinion.
Their brisket was good, as well as the ribs.
The floor was wet, slipped an caught myself with the line rail. They are asking for a law suit from someone.

Basic bland barbecue you find in Dallas. Supposed to be all you can eat sides, but the guys working the bar act like you are Satan. Food isn’t that good anyway. The rolls are good. The sweet tea is good.

Took my family out for some BBQ and we decided to try Spring Creek off the 190/​GB Tollway. The food was average or perhaps a little below. The ribs were dry and my portion was 4 ribs. For $ 13+, I would expect more and better qaulity. My wife had the beef sandwich and it was good. The sauce is good and sweet. My daughter got the kids meal and I though it was appropriate. For my 4yr old.
As for the seating and ambiance, I thought it was typical BBQ style. It was roomy booths and tables. No obvious red flags for health concerns however a friend informed me he had some issues after a meal at a different location. Overall we will not be back as for the price I could cook us 3 identical meals that would taste better. In a pinch I would get the sandwich and leave it at that.

Good food — good service — warm atmosphere — pricey, but not horrible.
Call-​in/​pick-​up service is nice and fast. Clean dining room and the nice lady with the basket of fresh, hot rolls is my new best friend!

Good dependable barbecue with good size side orders. Side orders are buffet style so you can pretty much get all you want. Waitstaff is very good about bringing fresh hot rolls to your table. Green beans and. Potato salad are good choices for sides. Not particularly notable barbecue, but it is good. Casual friendly atmosphere with room for large groups!

Just left this place and was very displeased with it all. First of all, this was our first time here, so we weren’t totally sure how to order. The gentleman running the meat station was rushed and did not take the time to explain the offerings. I got the chopped beef sandwich and my two sides were baked beans (I recommend you do NOT get these) and corn. All of the sides are self serve and none of them looked fresh (especially the mac and cheese). Overall the food was below average except for the piping hot rolls that are brought tableside. This place is very overpriced and this is a restaurant that we will not be returning to.

I love my Spring Creek BBQ! They always have good food and fresh rolls. The only downside is the price. Yikes, the prices are sky high! That is why I only eat here occasionally. Lower your prices and I will eat here several times a week!

Spring Creek has pretty good barbeque, not the best, but good. I come here about once a month with my wife an 2 kids with the buy one entrée get one free coupon. It is a killer deal with the coupon, can feed the whole family for about $ 15. Like a previous reviewer stated, the ribs can be hit or miss, but for the most part they are great. There’s only been a handful of times when they are dry. The unlimited sides and bread rolls are a great perk as well. Definitely worth the trip if you have a ValPak coupon.

Food is great & service is alright (nothing to write home about), but cleanliness is a thumbs down for this location. The floors felt slippery around the whole restaurant, and it would very easily cause an older person to slip. The whole restaurant seems dirty, and DON’T go in the restrooms. They may regularly refill soap & paper towels, but the floors and toilets haven’t seen proper attention in weeks. I lost my appetite using the restroom.

Definitely not the best BBQ place ever, but its really close to my house and I’ve been here so often that I feel obligated to give it 4 stars. I basically go once every month because of those coupons! They are buy one dinner, get one free. It’s an awesome deal and I would never eat here without it. I always get the rib dinner plate, which provides the best value. Honestly, the ribs are hit and miss every time I come here. It could be delicious one day, or burned and dry the next. There are unlimited sides, and the mac and cheese is pretty good. The best thing here though is the free rolls that they give out. They have their own little baking center and fresh rolls come out piping hot every 10 minutes or so. Spread a little butter on them and they taste amazing.

First time at this location.
Ordered the south west salad to stay on the healthy side instead of getting a loaded potato or a two meat plate with ribs or chopped beef and pork.
The south west salad was all in all good.
The black beans and tortilla strips were a nice color.
The greens were green and not brown or dis colored.
But the chicken that was thinly sliced and placed on top were «un edible»
Yes it could be edible.
But it wasn’t by that I mean the chicken was hard as a rock literally hard as a rock.
And I’m not going to bother trying to eat something that will break my teeth trying to eat.
The guacamole was bland no taste or texture.

The ribs were good. They were smoky and meaty, good sauce.
The bread is really nice. If you wait a little while, someone will come by with a basket of fresh rolls to offer up.
The sides looked like crap. Canned vegetables of different sort. Some sort of potato salad I’m not going to try. I’d have liked to have a baked potato or french fries but I didn’t see a place to ask for any.
