This is our go-​to neighborhood Starbuck’s, and while it’s small and the drive-​through is usually busy, service here is consistently good. Employees sometimes recognize regulars, even in the drive-​through, and as silly as it seems, sometimes it’s just nice to hear a cashier say, with apparent sincerity, «nice choice today.» Little things like that make this location stand out.
Today we did mobile ordering from the app a few blocks away, and my spouse’s tea was waiting on the counter when we walked in the door.
Cons? Sometimes the very small restroom is a bit messy, but not always. And in the mornings you do tend to run into big packs of high school kids inside even though I don’t know of a school very close by. I have no problem with young groups, but they can be a bit boisterous when the caffeine kicks in.

I love Starbucks but this location drives me crazy. They are always very busy and inadequately staffed. The drive-​thru is very rarely an option because the line encompasses the building and going inside isn’t much faster. I hate having to go here.
I use the order-​ahead option sometimes but more than once I have arrived and it was taken by someone else so I had to wait to have it remade. Not cool when you’re in a rush.

I’ve yet to see Danielle, but she always sound energetic and bright at the drive-​through, and her positivity always makes my day. The other baristas are mostly friendly and very helpful. Would recommend.

I frequently visit this Starbucks in the evening before heading to church and every time I go they are very friendly and provide fast service. I usually go through the drive thru which is easy for me. The time I did go inside was a great experience as well. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is its not the easiest to access!

They see a regular coming through the drive through and they remember you.
This busy store has some of the nicest folks working there.
As harried as they get I have always been greeted with smiles.
The pre packaged sandwiches are pricey but a great quick bite.

Very nice. Ordered a drink from the mesquite location. Tasted like fish and horrible customer service. Came here and they gave us a new one no charge. Very happy.

This Starbucks is so slow. And if you realize once you’re in the drive through it’s going to be 20 minutes more till you get to the window. Too bad. You’re stuck. Can’t get out.

This Starbucks is okay. nothing special. The staff is not very welcoming like some other locations I have been to. I have a few times gotten attitude at the drive thru and have received the wrong drink a few times also. I usually just brush it off and drink it anyway because I do not have time to wait for another drink. I much prefer the Starbucks in Forney. It is more of a welcoming fun environment.

Starbucks is a chain of course and I don’t usually like reviewing chains but I’m always so impressed by the holiday blends that are sold here! Especially the new Chestnut Praline latte! I love it! I’ve also always enjoyed their caramel brûlée latte! I like to support local coffee shops but Starbucks is pretty hard to avoid especially around the holidays! So you should definitely try their chestnut praline! It’s great!
Oh and this particular Starbucks always has great and fast service!

Another $ tarbuck$, propagating the starbuckification of the planet.
I have sweet and sour relationship with this chain:
You can get a decent cup of coffee any place due to them; but it will co$t you. The prices are borderline ridiculous.
I also have never learned to speak starbucks. I always have to point to the cups for size.
Lastly I think at the prices charged they could afford to pay the often dirt poor growers more for their coffee.
On the upside they are a locally headquartered company, contributing to the Washington economy and they have WiFi.

I have yet to have any problems with this starbucks. It is one of my favorite locations. Everytime I go through the drive-​thru, the staff is very friendly! They often suggest delicios mixes of frapachinos! Gotta love starbucks!

The slowest Starbucks ever!!! Staff spends more time joking with each other than tending to customers. I sat in the drive through for 15 mins waiting on one drink while the two girls at the window carried on a personal conversation never once acknowledging that I was STILL waiting. Horrible!!!

Aloof staff, rude people cutting in line, a bad experience overall… The girl who took my order asked if I wanted my receipt. I said yes. I stood there waiting for my receipt and she never gave it to me, but people thought I needed to get out of their way. Then they cut in front of my fiancé’s step-​brother. Should have known they would be rude wearing Denver Broncos gear. Should have gone through the drive thru, but it was a mile long. Disappointed.
