I used to frequent this location often. However, the management is extremely rude to it’s customers. I was in the store recently and the manager actually yelled at a table to be quiet. This was a large family, yes, conversing at a medium to louder volume, yes, but no one in the store was bothered by this at all. In fact it was a lively and energetic vibe and it was enjoyable to sit and people watch. I was shocked that a manager would literally shout for everyone to be quiet. The whole store was startled and the mood quickly went negative. I cancelled my order and left and I will not be returning.

A big fan of this Starbucks location.
Service is fast and staff is friendly. Location is convenient and close to home. I was impressed with the waiting time (less than 3 minutes!). This location is a bit small, but still great to work on some homework, read a book, or hangout with friends while enjoying some delicious coffee.

I come to this location often but usually in the day time. I had just moved here and this is the only location i can get to without using the GPS.
When i go to places, especially a place i will be visiting regularly, i would try to hold a small conversation and get to know people. Usually the baristas were alright but I had the best experience tonight. Leah was extremely nice in making a not-​on-​the-​menu drink that the bf calims to be. Leah was really nice and elaborate on customizing the drink.

They just remodeled this Starbucks. Unfortunately they took away about 1⁄3 of the indoor seating. They did add a bunch of outdoor seating. When the high school kids (nice kids!) come over after school the place will be standing room only.
I will always wonder why some corporate schmuck in charge of store design decides a coffee shop needs less seating.
Same employees same great service. These guys handle the mad rush of half price frappucino week better than any Starbucks around.

This is my no. 1 favourite location! Everyone here is always friendly and never messes up my drinks (newbies don’t count because they’re human and learning). It’s too bad I moved; I was pretty happy here. 10⁄10 would recommend.

I love this location. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I used to be a sbux partner and I’ve been to numerous stores. Not all stores I have been to have been good experiences. I have lived around the corner from this location for about 3 yrs now. But it’s not only convenient but it has good workers. The drinks are always right and consistent and the place is always clean.
There is one next to my work that I used to go to but I’ve had several bad experiences and now avoid it. So I go out of my way to go to this location before work or any other part of the day

I stop by here often and there is usual only one or two baristas working. The wait is longer than expected and the place is a slight mess, sticky tables, straw wrappers/​napkins on floor, and the creamer thermos are low or empty. No drive thru either. Some of the employees are friendly but not all. I’ve seen one of them bad mouth another customer while waiting on my drink. Bottom line, if your in the area, it does give you your coffee fix.

Great coffee but the new pastries are very disappointing. Brownies are half the size twice the cost in fact most everything we saw was smaller portions and higher prices. SB really missed the mark on this. We are buying the coffee but stopped buying the baked goods.

So my coffee from Starbucks always tastes the same which is the only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1. But here are a few things… First I asked about the butterbeer flavored drink and the girl goes «I don’t know what’s in that why don’t you tell me?» Sooo she didn’t know what’s in it and didn’t try to help me in any way… She told me to google it! Strike one. Strike 2 she overfills my drinks that I am taking to go and they end up spilling all over my clothes as soon as I hit a bump on the road! Strike 3, if she overfilled my coffee she should have given me a drink stopper usually not needed after I take one or 2 sips of my coffee so I don’t have a habit of asking for it… Bad form Starbucks…

It is time to update my review on Starbuck’s in Garland because they have made some improvements. After several unsatisfying visits I gave Starbucks a short break. Fortunately I returned to find many of the old staff that I loved and some new smiling faces but none of the grumpy faces I was seeing just one month ago. Thanks Starbuck’s

This location is slow, especially in the mid-​mornings & evenings. Also, there’s a guy who works there (Ricky maybe?) who is nice, but never stops talking (rather loudly). Tried to read one day, but his incessant talking was driving me crazy. Don’t get me wrong, I like friendly baristas who chat, but he feels the need to strike up a conversation with absolutely everyone, even if you give polite cues that you aren’t interested or are busy.

Been regulars here a couple of years. Service has gone down in the last year. In the mornings on weekends, it is great they have friendly service, but later there is no service and it is staffed with incompetent and slow people, The service later in the day is slow. And the last couple of times on Friday afternoons at 5:10, 1 person worked while two others who were there didn’t help but sat there while others got frustrated and left. 3 orders wrong during this time, needless to say we will not return on Friday’s. Especially when one said there are two other Starbucks close by.

By far my favorite Starbucks i’ve been to consistently ever. When you walk in they recognize you and make you feel like you are being taken cared of. And if you happen to be a regular visitor they already know what you want and will let you know before you even mention it.
First class Starbucks. they really need to be nationally recognized.

I live about 3 minutes away, so I’ve been here many many times. I don’t go often enough to the point that the baristas know my name, but every time I do go, I get treated very well.
The staff doesn’t change much, and they’re always up for asking how you’re doing. I’ve seen that they always greet you by name if they know it.
In and out very quickly! Unless it’s half priced Fraps between the hours of 3 – 5 and you’re stuck behind a family who can’t decide what kind of Frap they want. Never mind that they had already been waiting in line for a few minutes and could have decided then, but didn’t! However…
