I like this store(clean store, courteous staff), and I WOULDHAVEGIVENTHEM4STARS… BUT…I have downgraded them because my mother needs to ride an electric cart while shopping and they went from three carts to ONE in the last few weeks. I realize this is a courtesy item, but if you are going to pay prices higher than several stores in the immediate area, shouldn’t you be able to be comfortable while you shop? One cart is not enough to service a store this size. Three was barely enough. The other day a lady tracked us down to tell us she and her husband were waiting for us to finish shopping so he could use the cart.(No pressure, right?) Needless to say we cut our trip short and TT lost some sales. So to the manager I would ask… in the day of WalMart can you really afford to lose sales for such a fixable reason? We will stick to Walmart until you get this fixed… even though we hate wallyworld.

This store is really nice however the problem I conistently encounter is the lack of checkers during lunch hours and after 5pm. I just don’t understand how they can have one checker at 12:30 during the week and 4 – 5 customers deep. I saw one customer, he only had a head of lettuce and an onion and I don’t blame him for not wanting to wait to be checked out. He left his items on another belt and walked out. I wonder why the manager does not check out people if there’s not enough staff to do it?

we do a lot of shopping for our family here. I like the new tagging system that helps you find certain types of food such as Low Carb, Low Fat, etc. Keeps us from having to read all the labels and quickly spot the healthy choices we are seeking. Time saver when you are shopping for a whole family. They always have someone at the door to greet you with a smile and to get you help if you need it. Prices are decent and gas discounts with your purchases. Only downside is they don’t have a gas station at this location.
