I usually hate places like this and think the people working there are full of bullshit, but this place is amazing. Sammy will work with you to get what you want! There is no pressure or bullshit there. You should really go there and check it out!

i visited the store after my trainer recommended to our entire group to go there because they really new what they were doing. well… she was right! i enjoyed my experience and was very pleased to see that the lady helping me plus the 2 guys behind the counter were obviously into health and fitness. they were so sure of their products that they were giving me samples to take home. but i since i drove all the way from cedar hill, i decided 2 just purchase what i needed 4 a month and give it a try. i’m training for the arnold classic in march and am in good shape and have good muscle tone but just need 2 drop some weight and lean up to get myself in stage ready shape. they samples of protein they gave me were very good and u only need very little water to mix w/​the serving. that is a plus! i have used so many different proteins over the years and have dealt w/​clumps and such and it was a very pleasant surprise 2 c a protein mix w/​no clumps in so little water. i also sampled the liquid vite. it looked GROSS but was actually good too! i also tried the fat burner. it’s a liquid. haven’t done that before… and it tastes good, too! so, my program starts tomorrow… fingers crossed!

wow… where do i start?
i was truly impressed with this place! since me and ang are girls and all sometimes its a little uncomfortable going into a «nutrition and fitness place»
we felt so welcomed in there and were greeted upon getting in the door.
i spy the pink box of pills that are guaranteed to keep me from eating cheez its 2wice a day!!! score!
nice guy comes around counter and sees that i have found what i was looking for, i toss them over and he invites us up to the bar! ha, protein bar… we start chatting about why i want the pills, i happen to look over and ang has the bottle out of the box, lo and behold… THE ACTUAL CAPSULE IS PINK! woot! anyways, i tell nice guy why i want them and he asks us a couple more questions and we get into the discussion about eating right and how much protein a day and the like. i am close to eating right but no where near enough protein… ugh
they have this great program with great results, i saw the pics and of course you never believe the pics and then one of the girls comes in to get her measurements done and get more stuff.
nice guy (sammy) says here i will whip you up a drink, ugh alright… ang gets chocolate and i get vanilla, both totally taste like crap! he then dumps some bright radioactive yellow liquid in a dixie cup and says, just slam it back, it isnt that bad. HE IS A BIG FAT LIAR! ugh it was gross…
i will say that if the program works and i can be cute in all of my clothes and it gives me energy to work out again im all for it!
apparently nice guy (sammy) was the owner and i can see why he has such a following. he was very nice and patient, very knowledgeable and had some great tips even for ang and she is broken all the time, he also was not a pushy sales person and the store was fantastically clean and very attractively displayed. no over kill or gay posters of sickly muscled guys.
