As far as resale shops, this exceeded my expectations. The staff are friendly and efficient. Fairly priced items with a very large selection! I’ll be back!

It’s hard to even give it a 1 star. Seriously I was told corporate doesn’t allow for anything to be bought that isn’t within 3 years old… Well I had items that hadn’t even been worn!!! Purchased within the last 2 years… Honestly, how do your employees even know– they look 10! This is the second bad experience I’ve had at this retailer. — don’t bother…

This is the 2nd Clothes Mentor I’ve shopped and the experience was pretty good. Pleasant sales staff and merchandise was well segmented. Decent plus size section. Was impressed by the organization of the store. Color coded, but not necessarily sized. The only negative was that they don’t have the greatest selection of designer items. A lot of Coach bags behind the counter, no LVs, Jimmy Choo or Prada like I’ve seen in other stores. Good experience overall.

Love resale shops! I seem to find something here every time I go. Employees are nice and store is clean! Will definitely keep coming back.

I love this place! Every time I go I find something great for super cheap. I brought friends with me as well and they found some treasures. I have had no problem selling clothes there either. Be prepared to spend a couple of hours because they have a lot of stuff to explore!

Decent clothes, for ok prices. Overpriced in my opinion for USED clothes it is over prices. If you are looking to sell your clothes don’t waste your time.

This place is pretty big. It’s organized by colors and styles. There’s a huge selection but I think the style is for an older woman, not someone in their early 20s. It also smells like old people. There are something for everyone but you really have to look around. I spent 20 minutes looking at jackets, shirts and shoes. I do like their shoes but I wasn’t able to find anything in my size. I was able to find a pretty cool cross body purse for $ 8. They gave me a stamp card after my purchase. You basically have to spend like $ 200 or something like that to get just 20% off on your next purchase. I probably won’t come back unless I’m near there or have time.

Just be sure to test the quality before you leave. I recently purchased a pair of sandals and in the first wearing they broke. I was out of luck for replacement or return.

I absolutely love Clothes Mentor! The girls who work there are as sweet as they come. I found a BCBG dress for $ 30 that I had seen a couple of months earlier for over triple the price. They only buy the highest quality so you know you’re gonna find good stuff! Will definitely be going back often.
