First off, the initial issue WAS resolved in a timely manner for the cost is was quoted. HOWEVER, when I got my car back the back defrost wasn’t working. I went yesterday afternoon and was told to bring it in the morning. This morning I take my car in and John (the snake) told me that button wasn’t working when I brough the car in the first time. BULL FUCKING SHIT. I car had one issue and now this scoundrel broke my shit so I have to go back. He is the reason people don’t trust mechanics. Shame on John and his employers. I will not ever return here.

I received an estimate here. First, the area causing the oil leak they quoted for was wrong. Two other places said crank seal, and they said valve cover gasket and oil pan gasket. Secondly, they said I needed 4 new mounts, when I needed 1. Last, but certainly not least, all of the prices for the parts were outrageous. One part was marked up 400%! I was very disappointed in how they do business.
