I’ve used Forest Hills Florist for many years. They’re a small family run shop. They always order what i need if they don’t have it. Sometimes I may only go into the shop once in a year’s time, and they remember me and what I usually order. In fact, they even order the special flowers my wife likes on Valentine’s day in advance before I even talk to them.

My all time favorite florist! They did my wedding in 2000 and I have used them every time I need flowers since then. Amazing red roses. Never had a bad arrangement.

I would not recommend using Forest Hills Florist. I requested a delivery from Forest Hills Florist for May 26. May 26 was Memorial Day, but I was able to select the day on the website. I also received a confirmation that the flowers would be delivered that day. I found out from the recipient of the flowers that they were not delivered on May 26 or on May 27. When I emailed Forest Hills Florist to find out what happened, they said they had sent me an email saying that they were closed on Memorial Day and the bouquet and container I selected were out of stock. I did not receive such an email; I even checked my spam/​junk folder. I will not be requesting services from them, due to the lack of proper information on their website and lack of timely communication on orders.
