Alright, so Goodberry’s is by far my FAVORITE place get a frozen treat! And normally at ANY other goodberry’s, the custard is fantastic, but this place in Garner is so inconsistent that I can’t give them more than 3 stars. Sometimes when I get the chocolate chip concrete, there is almost no chocolate, and other times like 2 times out of 10 it is actually right. I hope that one day, they can be as good as the cary locations, and the raleigh locations. Just so you know!

Their concrete custard is AMAZING… were visiting from out of town and my honey took me here because he grew up visiting this place. They make 4 flavors of ice cream fresh everyday so not a huge selection but they make up for it with quality… very nice people an overall fun tasty experience…

I absolutely love the frozen custard here! Especially the Concretes: your choice of custard plus a topping, all mixed up, and then flipped upside down as it is presented to you.
On another hand this Goodberry’s is probably the slowest one and seems a little run down. I would love to see them revamp and make a huge comeback! I think they have a lot of potential to do well in this area.

Awesome place for dessert. I love all the things you can mix in– try it with peanut butter, oreo and hot fudge!

Just left Goodberry’s and it was a pleasant experience. The person taking the order was very friendly and customer service oriented.
Ordered the pistachio, as usual. It was delicious and hit the spot.

Tonight was supposed to be a trip to ColdStone, however baseball ran over so it was a quick drive from Raleigh to Garner to Goodberrys.
I will admit that we were showing up just at the point of almost closing but for starters there were barely any customers and the wait time just to be served was entirely too slow for three employees on shift (nearly 15 minutes just waiting for our order to be taken).
The positive was that the staff was very friendly and the portions were very full in the cup. Frozen custard is very heavy but this was spot on and very pleasant. The price was also much better than Cold Stone for what you get.
There is a calendar for the flavors of the day specials. If you are unsure what to get that may be a good suggestion for starters. PLENTY of parking and this location is 100% outdoor seating only. But I would recommend this location… with hopes that it speeds up its service.

Goodberry’s is tasty, but BEWARE of this particular store. Its business is slow compared to the other stores and in the winter they have used spoiled (and blatantly sour) milk and custard base.
