Really like this place — the owners are friendly, and they even have low carb yogurt! I drive from Cary to Garner (bypassing the Cary location!) just because the friendliness of the staff, but having the lower carb option is a wonderful addition.

Very friendly staff. We are always greeted by the staff working. Our first visit I told the employee we had never been before and he showed us and explained how it worked.
I like how they have the calories listed, you can usually find a sugar free option that is low cal and yummy.
Our waffle bowls were stale once so we avoid those now, but other than that no complaints here.

Love this place. Buy as much or as little as you feel having! And between the many frozen yogurt flavors and large variety of toppings each dessert is unique and flavorful.

You might think all froyo is created equal, but Menchies is definitely the best on an all around rating. Each yogurt (there’s about 16 – 20 to choose from) is legit delicious. There’s also a nice blend of the creamy ice cream like flavors, tart yogurt ones, and sorbet. The toppings are plentiful, I usually end up with a nice 3:1 ratio of toppings to actual yogurt since I can’t decide.

I’m a fan of fro-​yo. A BIG fan… the kind who visits 2 – 3 times per week despite subzero temperatures.
This Menchie’s caters to fro-​yo fans’ tastes: quality, service, variety and cleanliness. Each time I have visited, I have been greeted with a genuine welcome, not the «Welcome to M – ‘s!» stifled between tasks and turmoil of the workers.
I appreciate the readily available sample cups so that my stomach knows exactly what deliciousness it’s headed for. The selection of toppings fulfills the sweet, salty, sour, healthful and indulgent taste buds of all guests. Checkout is smooth and simple, even when it’s been packed.

Another fantastic visit to Menchie’s! We love to drop by for a quick treat. They still have a wonderful rotation of tempting flavors every time we visit: cheesecake, caramel, Oreo cookie, mint, lemonade, and more!
The staff are just as friendly as the first day we visited. We’ve since joined the Menchies rewards club and get a few cents off our FroYos almost every time.
They still sell the t-​shirts and other fun souvenirs, including chapstick, pencils, and charms. Now, the walls are nearly covered with coloring pages from kids who have visited. The whole atmosphere is fun and friendly.
Over all… love Menchies!

Who knew bacteria could taste sooo good?
They have this amazing sauce that turns into a hard chocolate shell as if by magic. I want to pour it on everything I own and then slowly liberate my belongings by gnawing through the chocolatey goodness. If chocolate isn’t your thing theres a rotating stock of other sauces like caramel and cream cheese drizzle. There is every nut, fruit and baked good available for cramming into your cheerily designed cup. Keep in mind that you are paying per ounce so dont get too crazy with your brownie bites. Menchies ticks all of the other boxes like customer service, cleanliness and atmosphere. They keep a rotating variety of about 10 different froyo flavors at any given time and tiny little cups for sampling. They are all dangerously good. Since frozen yogurt is lower in calories and fat than regular ice cream you can just pretend you’re eating a salad,

Always clean and friendly. This is a little gem of a yogurt shop that might revitalize the dull shopping center it’s in.
There are several flavors to sample before you commit to a cup. You pour your own flavors and choose your own toppings. You get your own keep sake spoon. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. They also have take home pints.
There is something for everyone: fruity, chocolate, dairy free etc. You can too with cookies, candy, fruit and sauces. The one thing to be aware of is not letting your eyes be bigger than your stomach it comes with a price tag.

Friendly staff and great yogurt with lots if different varieties and toppings to choose from. Your kids will love it and you will too. And it’s open pretty late if you want a late night snack.

Best flavors which are innovative and occasionally branded (I.e. Girl scout cookie flavors or the current Oreo feature). Good toppings (IMO Tutti Frutti, my #2 fave, has the best toppings). Friendliest staff, they always make balloons for my kids and make sure they get a coloring sheet with crayons and a sticker or tattoo. Their spoons are so cute and you can keep them if you want since they are dishwasher safe or they’ll clean and sanitize them for donation to charity. I like their seats too indoor or out.

I was so excited to see a froyo place in Garner! The frozen yogurt is good and they have lots of toppings. I had the toasty marshmallow flavor a few weeks ago and it actually tasted like a toasted marshmallow. I like that Menchies offers a reward card as I am a frequent visitor.

Friendly staff, great selection of yogurt flavors and toppings. I only wish they had a better peanut butter option. The mini-​cups didn’t have much flavor. I would love to see hot peanut butter or Reece’s cups!
