All tables & floor were sticky & dirty, didn’t even want to sit to eat. Slow service, waited 10 minutes for hot cakes and order was wrong (how do u get an order of hot cakes wrong?). coffee tastes like burnt grains in hot water (yuck).Felt skeeved, won’t be coming here again

Been going to this McD’s since we moved out here in 2001. But over the last 2 years this place has gone downhill badly. Wait times in the drive-​thru are ridiculous (I’ve spent 20 minutes before). Employees are all young and could care less about customer satisfaction. They talk back, they have tone, they can’t be bothered to help you, etc. So I and my money have left. Wendys is much faster and nicer and just 0.2 miles away.
