I brought my car in on the afternoon of April 30, 2013. The inspector was the epitome of great customer service coming out to meet me, being welcoming, polite & cheery. And he was fast. But maybe I just arrived at a slow time. Inspections are not optional so it’s nice to be pleasantly surprised with real customer service!
