This place is dirty. It smells really bad. I couldn’t even eat because of the smell. Stay away for your health.

Last resort: Nasty place but food is decent Pros: –Food is good –Waitresses are nice Cons: –They need to work on overall cleaniness. The windows when you walk in are gross. Handprints and fingerprints that look like they are several weeks old. –Bathrooms are nasty –Even the«clean» tables have food remnants on them No wonder they have a 93 sanitation score! I would use this as a last resort.

That is my my flavor restaurant. The food is so yummy, the waffle so soft warm, every thing just just fresh and big portion. The only thing I need to complaint is one waitress always so rush, and forgot something I need and give you check just after you get the food. But the food just so damn good.

We love Ihop but won’t go to this one. The 2 times we’ve been it has taken forever to get our food and the overall service is terrible.

This was the worst I Hop I have been too… Service was horrible and dirty with trash on the floor which I kept waiting for someone to pick up… food came out 1 hour after order… several thing missing which made it to the table after we finished eating. …server never came back to fill drinks… horrible experience. …

We have easily been to this location over 100 times in the past 3 years. 19 out of 20 times our experience is excellent. Every now and then we get a new waitress but understand that they are still learning. Tina is one of our favorites. She knows what we like and is extremely pleasant. We will continue to come back for the foreseeable future.

«I will NOT ever go back to this IHOP» This is the second time I have had to deal with the worst customer service. It seems that our waitress was more interested in talking then to find out if our food was ready after sitting there for 30 minutes. I had to actually ask her what was the problem and then that’s when she acted like she was doing her job. There were three of us and everyone else got their whole order but me, I only got half of what I asked for 15 minutes later she tells me that the cook was just cooking my food. I asked her to take my order off of the bill which she did NOT do so I had to get with the manager to have the bill fixed. I am so displeased that I will not refer anyone to this IHOP I would not want anyone that I know to experience what I had to put up with at this location. It’s a shame there was hardly anyone in there and they had to may people standing around talking and not taking care of their customers. This place needs some serious HELP, CUSTOMERSERVICETRAINGANDBETTERMANAGEMENT.

We arrived at a busy time during late Sunday morning. Although we were told 15 – 20 minute wait, it surprisingly was only about 10 before we were seated. Our waitress, Belinda, was pretty terrific and friendly. All in all for the crowd they had, we were pleased with the entire experience and I believe we were there start to finish only about an hour. I decided to try the blackberry lemon waffle they have on the menu right now and it was delicious. Normally when I order very crispy bacon anywhere, it’s not cooked enough the first try, but they nailed it the first time!

I’ve been writing reviews on this site for a while now. And in all that time, I have never written a one-star review. You have to do a lot to earn a one-star from me. And this particular IHOP did. So much so, that I wrote Corporate about it, asking that they yank the franchisee’s license to operate. Allow me to recount the instance that led to this rating. We’ve had some three star experiences with this particular location. A-OK, as they say. We’ve had two stars. But the final instance, the one that led me to never coming back: It’s one star and below bad. I like IHOP’s food. I’m not a food snob. Everything I rate takes things like regional expectations, restaurant category, price range and the rest into account. It was early evening. Around six o’clock. We pulled up in the parking lot to find the waitstaff smoking out front. Unprofessional, yes. But hey, it has no effect on the quality of the food, right? And we’re really, really hungry. So, we go in. Order our meal, or at least we attempt to order it. My wife would like chicken tenders. They inform us they are out of chicken tenders. It’s only the go-to item at every restaurant. That’s the single item you should never be out of. We shake our heads a little and pick something else. Fine. While we’re sitting there, we overhear the table behind us. They’ve screwed up their order. So, they try to fix things in back. Bring the food back. It’s messed up again. Then what happens? The waitress(not ours), walks halfway across the nearly empty dining room and yells at the kitchen about the food. They have a shouting match across the dining room. In all this, the manager on duty stands up front. Just watching the spectacle go down. I’m pretty sure our local Waffle House is better behaved. In fact, I know they are, because the last experience I had there was far more pleasant. Despite all this, our food was well prepared, and reasonably hot upon arrival. Still, they’re just north of a two star, after all that. Remember, I said you have to earn it. Here’s where they go sub-one. We’d eaten at several better IHOPs in recent memory, And one of the things we were regularly asked at the end was«Please fill out the survey.» They practically begged us to fill out the survey. But here, what did they do? Oh, sneaky, sneaky manager. He tries to pull a fast one. Actually, he does. When we present our check up front to pay, he doesn’t give us the normal, survey customer receipt at the end. Oh, no. He prints out a dup-ticket, without the survey information, simply stating our CC charges. I can see a large stack of paper survey receipts behind him, no doubt stashed for giving his restaurant excellent marks later, or just to keep people from filling out the negative reviews he knew the restaurant deserved. And that’s what did it for us. We haven’t been back since. If we go, we go to IHOP out of town or in Knightdale, because this place gives IHOP a bad name. If they’ve changed management(which I hope they have), then you may have better restaurant experience. They had every opportunity to change my mind on my dime, and didn’t. They’ll stay open, because they’re really the only breakfast place on 70. The only reason to visit here is location, location, location.

Typical I Hop fair, food was good. Well what I got of it. I went to use the restroom, when I returned they had already cleared my table. I told the waitress where I was going but obviously there ws s a coumicatiom issue. So I didn’t get to finish my meal

Good place for a late breakfast. Food is average and price is average. The food is good quality for the price. The front door was broken when we arrived, broken in the locked position. The staff had to prop open the door with chair while attempting to fix it.

Ihop has the best pancakes of any chain restaurant in my opinion, which will always give an automatic 3-star review for me. The last two stars are lost on this location because the kitchen takes a ridiculous amount of time to get your food out to you. My normal wait time for pancakes and eggs at this location is about 30 minutes. It seems that they run on a light staff at this location because tables are hardly ever bussed and floors are dirty(and I’ve never been here when it’s busy). Lack of attention to the customer areas makes me wonder what isn’t being attended to in the rest of the place…

I’ve been to IHOP several times but first time at this location. Chains are chains and you’ll basically get the same thing as other locations. Overall I had a good experience. I went on a Saturday right at noon. this place was packed and it took the waitress a good while before she made it to the table. it didn’t help that we were hungry. it did help that she was apologetic. Service was good. As for the food, breakfast food tastes the same for the most part. The big plus here is the hot cakes. They are amazing. It took a whole to pay for the food, there was a huge line and I think a credit card machine was down. all in all a good experience, it would’ve been perfect if it didn’t take so long to order and get our food.

UPDATE: I went back to this IHOP yesterday. I had been contacted by the manager of this store and was asked to give them another try. I did. The dirty walls from the last time I was there were clean now. The lamps had been dusted. The service was a bit slow and our waitress seemed a bit un-attentive. I ordered the same meal this time as I did before. Everything was warm except for the sausage links, they were cool throughout. And I ordered scrambled eggs again — but I got fried eggs/over-easy. I still can’t recommend this restaurant, but if someone asks about it I wont tell them to avoid it. — — — — — — — — — — — Was seated promptly. Waitress showed up right away and took my order. While waiting for my order I noticed that something brown(coffee) had been splashed on the wall and not cleaned up, it had run down onto the ledge behind the bench seat and dried. After noticing this I started looking around and noticed the depth of the dust on the lamp above the table. I went to the restroom and look at other lamps along the way and they were just as dirty. When the food arrived the coffee was good and hot. My hash browns were burned on one side and soft & mushy on the other. The scrambled eggs were overcooked and rubbery and the bacon was more like bacon jerky than bacon strips. The pancakes were very good though. The bill had information on it about taking a survey and getting a code to receive free pancakes on next visit. When I went up to pay the man at the register took the ticket and placed it in a container next to the register. When I asked for it back so I could do the survey he stated«we keep them» in a dismissive manner. I like IHOP and have visited restaurants all over the country and this was the worst of the ones that I have been in. I will NOT be returning and I will let everyone that I know that they should avoid this particular IHOP.

I love ihop! This is breakfast destination and the locals here are very friendly. The pancakes, chicken tenders, hash browns with cheddar, biscuits with gravy, turkey sausage or bacon is why I keep coming.

IHOP is mainly a breakfast destination but it fit the bill for some comfort food on a cold Friday night. I had the pork chops, eggs, and hash browns with pancakes. The pork chops were tasty and not dry. The eggs were scrambled just right. The hash browns were overdone and crunchy however I rectified that by dousing them with ketchup. The pancakes were just right. I was pleasantly surprised by IHop. The restaurant is clean and well lit. The waitress was on her game. She was attentive, kept our glasses full and had a great personality.

If you like breakfasts, IHOP is a good place to get an inexpensive, filling meal. They also carry a lot of other things on the menu, lunch and dinner entrees, but the breakfasts are really the star here. It’s nothing fancy, but some of the pancakes really are good. I especially like the harvest grain and nut pancakes with the butter pecan flavored syrup. There is usually some seasonal offerings throughout the year, as well. Right now, they’ve got some pumpkin spice pancakes that are really good, and the special cheesecake pancakes are pretty tasty, too. Nice comfort food, though it probably leaves a lot to be desired in the health department ;-)
