Outstanding customer service! This is an excellent game store with extremely competent and reasonable folks who go the extra mile to take care of customers. John just helped us with a defective Nintendo product and he was exceedingly pleasant and professional throughout the process. I will definitely shop here again… employees are empowered to make decisions, all have a great attitude and its just a fine store. Thanks guys! James J.

This place is really good as far as game retailers go. The customer service is good. They’ll put you on a list if your waiting for that rare game to be traded in. The can be a bit zealous at times. I mentioned that I play Call of Duty and I had to spend ten minutes listening to the clerk spew forth that was wrong with COD and what was right with Battlefield. He eventually realized that while appreciated his opinion… I didn’t care. But the passion for gaming is always nice. I prefer this store to the Gamestop right around the corner.
