I’ve been here and waited for help for 10 minutes in certain areas and then just left. BUT Customer Service is better than it used to be… was greeted at least 4 times… you just get lost waiting for people in certain areas…
Dan in flooring did an amazing job with my flooring project, even though the installer company got it wrong 4 times… plus they have a veteran/military discount.
If you need flooring, go see Dan.

I really wanted to like this store but unfortunately I’ve had a few too many bad experiences. In short, I bought a washer and dryer from them and the delivery driver took out a power line in front of my house. They were driving away when they noticed the top of the truck was pulling on line. They got out, pulled it over and the drove off. My neighbors were left without cable and me with a frayed line in my yard.
More recently I bought a fridge. It was supposed to be delivered between 11 and 3. It’s didn’t get delivered until 645. No call about being late. I had to call twice to get in contact with anyone. Fridge comes and it’s busted. Day wasted.
I called to talk with the manager — Jason. May as well have talked to a wall. No apologies. No understanding if the frustration. But WAS interested in seeing if he could place the order for the replacement.
There’s some really nice people who work here but unfortunately it has some major issues

We stopped in for a sledgehammer, shovel and gloves last Friday night around 8:30 p.m. We asked a staff member where to find the items and she was extremely helpful! She even stopped what she was doing to show us exactly where to find what we needed!

Ordered a $ 9.88 slow cooker and the website said this Home Depot only had one left in stock… so I assumed it was either a display model or just plain lost. I placed the order anyway, I figured at worst they’d just cancel my order. To my surprise, when I arrived, they had my slow cooker tucked away behind the pickup desk and it was in perfect condition (box didn’t have dents and it didn’t look like it was open!)
The sales rep was professional and efficient, the online ordering system was flawless, the store looked clean.

Seems like a typical Home Depot, though it seems like I’m coming to this location a lot of late because I can’t get what I need at Lowes. I got three things there today that the local Lowes didn’t have or was a lot more expensive. The level of service is about a draw – I was going to ask someone where to look for some of the items, but never crossed paths with anyone that worked there. When I shopped here last year, the plant section seemed okay. This location was taking better care of the plants than some other Home Depots I’ve been to, and I bought some things here and all did well.
