Had a large order
Chicken sopes are excellent. The tamales (pork) are also tasty. I was very disappointed with a basic staple reflective of the business’ name, Monterrey Tacos. Pork tacos were little bits, not shredded or chunks, it was hard and appeared old.

My neighbor introduced me to this authentic Mexican restaurant. It’s really close to home and the service was really nice. Did not know that the restaurant was there because it is sitting far off the road. If traveling «west», the restaurant is on the south side of the street. It is dine-​in or carry out, and there are call in orders as well. Clean restaurant you see them cook the food thats prepared for you. I’ve found a new Mexican restaurant. My favorite are the HOT TAMALES they’re really tasty and really good. I order them by the dozen. I haven’t tried everything, so I had to give it 4 stars.
