Rally’s

Just left this location. So disappointed with EVERYTHING, I don’t know where to start, but I’ll start somewhere. First, I should have taken the extra time to travel to another place to eat or to another Rallys. Second, the customer service was HORRIBLE. We placed our order and had a question about the food, the person got mad because we asked a question. She gave me a total. When I got to the window to pay, she gave me a totally different total amount. When I said something about it, she spoke with an attitude. She passes two bottles of water out the window with so much dirt and gunk on it. It looked like they pulled the bottles of water from outside next to the plants. I asked for her to get a new bottle, she closed the window, opened the window and tried to give me the same DIRTY bottle. So, I told her to just clean the bottle please. Pulled off, and of course, the order was WRONG. I should be the one with the attitude. But that is ok, I’ll just right a review. I WON’T be back and shame on management for having a terrible, unhappy, unfulfilled worker who takes out her problems on others.

Sometimes it’s good sometimes gross. It is drunk greasy food in all honesty. One time I was rushing between Indiana University for finals. I ordered hot wings and fries and they hit the spot. Large sprite popped it off.

Rally’s food is the s — ! Especially the fries and for the most part, I don’t even like fries. Burgers are good, chicken sandwiches are good. I might have given this Rally’s a five star review but, their service is less than stellar. This Rally’s is a drive thru only so don’t plan on eating in.

My fav late night place… I try not to eat so unhealthy, but the Baconzilla be calling my name. I just wish they would open the other side of the drive through. The line is usually backed up in the one lane. Other than that the food is good.

Fast food is not supposed to be best for you but let me tell you this is as good as it gets. You get so much and the flavors are all there I have not yet been disappointed by this establishment.
Just remember your defibrillator.
