Love Starbucks but this location is the absolute worst. I just waited for 10 minutes after being told«I will be right with you». There was one car in the drive through, and one at the end of the bar. With 4 employees working. The one sat at the Window, the other attempting to make a caramel macchiato, another couldn’t figure out how to slice a banana and the other was watching the coffee brew. I can understand waiting but the employees at this store are not good at customer service.

Slow by Starbucks standards. Staff are personable tho. Drinks made satisfactory but I never get why they can’t have a 2nd brewed coffee and they call themselves a coffee place!?! Where is a Biggby when I need one?

Very disappointing Starbucks location. They did not prepare my latte as ordered and the store is dirty and poorly maintained.

Your basic Starbucks. Nothing spectacular about this place other than the location. It’s a great stop when I am heading down to Indy/heading back home! It’s close off the Interstate and close to a few gas stations and fast food restaurants!

I’ve visited this Starbucks location multiple times, when traveling back and forth from Ft. Wayne and Indy/Bloomington. It’s a great halfway point to stretch your legs, use the facilities, and purchase some non-gas station coffee. It is also an alternative-universe Norman Rockwell Starbucks location, I think because of its close vicinity to Taylor. I always see wholesome students studying or well-nourished families enjoying sugary whip-creamed frappuccinos, and feel out-of-place as a monochrome americano-ordering né’er-do-well urbanite. Service here is typically better than most other Starbucks, and this Gas City location is a very welcome rest-stop when faced with I-69 driving drudgery.

Probably the only decent cup of coffee on I-69 between Indianapolis and Ft. Wayne. Never a long wait since they’re used to people in a rush.
