Very disappointed with mocha, flavoring was bad and coffee tasted burnt and dull, tasted more like burnt latte than a mocha. I think baristas need much better training to be able to make a good mocha.

Often when galevanting with the teen on wknds, we hop into B.A.M for some coffee and quiet. Very eclectic group of employees who are always willing to help find something we can’t seem to find on our own(even when its right under our noses). Coffee shop is always filled with homeschoolers, teens and unemployed adults looking for work on their computers. People watching paradise, if you will. Gre at variety of libations and goodies. Encountered 2 types of counter staff… sweet lady with no coffee experience who made a wonderful frappé for my daughter and some rude guy, also mo apparent barista knowledge who wasn’t happy to be working or had a hangover… one. But coffee was good. Customer service not so. Place was clean and neat though. Very busy, overall.

You can find these cute little coffee shops inside of some of the Books-A-Million locations. And like most coffee shops inside of bookstores, it was OK but not the greatest. I wonder if that’s a rule somewhere. Anyway the people behind the counter were nice, I wasn’t blown away by the service but they were nice. The coffee was good, it gave me the caffeine boost I needed. Overall, if I’m at the bookstore I’ll get my coffee from here, but only by default.
