Good place to get a tux for prom just be prepared to wait or try to shop during the week. The selection was good and the employees were friendly. They definitely need more employees on Saturdays during prom season. Once our turn finally arrived the employee was attentive and did not rush my son. When we went to pick up the tux we waited almost an hour for our turn. My son was sent to try on the tux and then promptly forgotten. The clerk starting helping the next person. So when my son needed help because an alteration was incorrect, they was no one free to help us so once again we waited for one of the employees to finish with their current customer. I understand trying to keep things moving but we had been waiting so long to have to wait again was irritating. Once we got an employee’s attention we once again had great service. Both employees were really friendly and did not get frustrated even though the store was packed. Three stars because the employees kept smiling.

There aren’t many places to rent tuxedos in Gastonia. I headed here to get fitted for a wedding in Little Rock. The whole process went pretty smoothly & quickly.
It’s a pretty small store, considering you have to get fitted & wait a week or so to get your tux. They have displays & such, but not too much in the store. The whole fitting process only took about 20 minutes, & a lot of that was me trying on an entire tuxedo for length purposes.
Everything went smoothly here & the prices were pretty reasonable. While I had to use MW for this wedding, I’d probably use it again in the future if I were to choose.
