I LOVE going into Ulta. I sit down in the makeup isle and a beautiful, fresh made up face, nicely dressed lady comes over and helps me find just the right products for my face, eyes, brows and I always get a lesson in application. Love their sales booths!

I like the place because it’s convenient. I usually shop at Sephora. The one thing I hate about this place is that they NEVER have anything in stock or the shelves need cleaning. There Ulta brand never full! Their customer service is okay. It can be a little bit better if the staff wasn’t behind the counter so much.

The staff at this Ulta is friendly and helpful. The problem here is the shelves. Often empty and dirty. This could be a managerial issue or maybe it’s the store being understaffed.
It’s a bummer because Ulta carries a lot of brands I can’t get anywhere else in Gastonia. So, yeah, I will keep going because I don’t want to drive to Charlotte.

Loved this store, great customer service, super organized, etc.
I loved the rep’s eye makeup and complimented her on her eyeliner and asked for a recommendation for liguid liners. We had an in-​depth discussion about how awesome Benefit make up was and yup she gave me some FREE Benefit samples!
